Well, what is the most recent Doctor Who related purchase you have made?

On Saturday at the DWCV AGM I brought the Japanese edition of Doctor Who and the Silurians. Not cheap, but my word its beautiful. The illustrations are charming and the writing is, well, thats in Japanese, but I am sure its wonderful too!

Take a look at the Pictures or the Cover

Also, on Sunday I picked up at Minitaur a Dalek mobile flasher and a Series One Captain Jack and Empty Child combo pack. Nice!

Minitaur actually has some great stock at the moment, and they are not overly priced on some of them!

Bought the chrome 12" Movie Dalek (#462 I think of 1000). A great price with the Club discount of $142! Great to get the third type of Dalek onto my shelf.

Minotaur has such a large range nowadays, its hard to decide what to buy and what not to buy. I'm hopeful that the choose your own adventures hit our shelves soon.

Hmm, I seem to be the only one posting on this thread. Is there anyone else out there?

Recently purchased 12" Martha and Novice Hame. Love the 12" line, much better detail than the 5" range. Love having Doctor Who action figures. Better still, last years varieties (Tennant and Cyberman) are currently cheap in the UK, some at 5 quid, so may be able to get the Cyb with arm gun varient that I'm missing for bargain price when I am in the Uk next month!

Just got the Cyberman voice-changing helmet. It is the BEST! And a Face of Boe. (kissy kissy)Both available at Toys r us in Chadstone. They've got a good selection, and cheaper than anywhere else. Also a bit of Who stuff available at Borders and the ABC shop at Chaddy.
#1 daughter Victoria is just back from the UK. I gave her a long wish list. She went to 3 Forbidden Planets, but most Who stuff was sold out. She did however bring me:
A sonic Screwdriver LED torch
Cyberman with gun arm
Talking Cyberman key chain

And 18 packets of stickers for that sticker album that came free in SFX. biggrin.gif

Does anyone know where to get the David Tennant doll with the clothes you can take off? I have a naughty DT-obsessed friend who wants one! rolleyes.gif

I purchased The Master's Laser Screwdriver from ebay, which only took 6 days to arrive (postage from the UK to Australia!).
Whilst it's larger then the Sonic Screwdriver, it still is a very nice piece, and fun to play with. That's right, I take all of my toys out of the packet and play with them!
It's more fun that way. biggrin.gif

Enjoy the TARDIS Key, it's SO much better than the key from the current series. Why did they change it's appearance?

I have bad news that the Tardis key can not be given to Australia from Amazon.uk but I have friends over in UK so that might be an option.

Minotaur has stocked both the Tardis key and the Fob watch. I think they still have the key in stock.

Amazon.co.uk does not ship toys or games outside of Europe. Check out their sales policy. If you want toys or games, you would be best to get them through WhoNA in the US or one of the UK Doctor Who Specialist stores such as Tenth Planet, Galaxy 4, Who Shop, Who Blackpool etc....
