Some really cool stuff in there! Lots of cool possibilities, and it would be especially great for special scenario based games. Reading it I wanted to see a horde of rioters and gangers against a bunch of fandex Arbites! biggrin.gif

Imperial Governor - I'd probably say make carapace standard for the bodyguard and medic and just refractor fields for the governor and mystic, but fine as it is.

Renegade SM: neat as an HQ choice, look solid.

Rogue Psyker: I love the idea of a Gets Hot! psychic power.

Cultists: neat ability and powers.

Mutants: look like rough customers. In the shared traits section, I think you want "rending" instead of "rendering".

Saboteurs: Trap setters is cool, though some armies will hate hate hate it! tongue.gif FIVE demo charges in a single unit? Ouch! I think that these guys might need to go up in cost or become smaller.

Traitors: I understand not including Rhinos for the Renegade SM, but if you're requiring Codex: IG for other stuff anyways, why not give Traitors an option for Chimeras?

Smugglers: Unit called smugglers, but stat line, unit composition, and options all show "traitors"? I think the weapons might need to be toned down or made more expensive - six outflanking meltaguns for 100pts? Yes please!

Cartel mercs: Statline, composition show mercenary, options says "veteran". Another unit where I think you may want to limit the more powerful weapons. Maybe make some things like krak and carapace standard but restrict the flamers/melta/plasma/demo charges more.

Gangers: love 'em, but even while pretty vulnerable still seem very cheap.

Load Sentinel: neat, feel a little cheap given the armor.

Goliaths: those look fun.

Cossack: why start with lascannons? Why not start with something lower like stubbers, hb, or ac and allow upgrades to las?

Carnage tokens: neat. I especially like their interaction with the mobs and daemons.

Wrecker ball: I think you mean initiative or under here.

Good points, I realised I had made some blunders after posting but I didn't realise how many (Downside of using one of my prior fandices as a template). Thanks for picking up on them.

I am surprised that you didn't note that the Rogue Psyker was only 20pts and had the fire power of the a full Warp Spider squad laugh.gif

In any case I have amended what you have pointed out, it should be more balanced now.

++EDIT++

Just made another amendment to give Chimeras to Instigator squads as well as Traitors
