We all know that Horus killed Sanguinius, but that was demoniacally possessed angry Horus. I reckon Sanguinius could take "normal" Horus.

Even 'normal' Horus was noted as being quite the tactician, there was a reason he was the warmaster after all. besides Sanguinius is a pretty boy panzie; he should of stuck to his dream of being 40k's next top model instead. :P
He's too busy admiring his own reflection to ever beat Horus in a fight normal or otherwise. :lol:
