Willys Bar, Buffy Board Community Thread

This thread is very similar to 'The Bar' that we have in the Lounge, but since many of the Buffy board posters very rarely venture out of here, we thought it would be a good idea to have our very own Bar here where we can talk about our day, say hello or simply have a moan about something smile.gif

Feel free to post randomly and to your hearts content smile.gif

The doors are open so come in and have a drink wink.gif

lmaosmiley.gif I remember being 15 years and showing off with my friends drinking Cider (as you do sick.gif ) We decided to drink a bottle at 8.45am before school acting tough. This is no lie! I Have never felt so ill in my life. Freezing cold cider (hidden in my garden all night) before 9am can't be good for anyone!!!

Hi Maria, that sounds so familiar lmaosmiley.gif

Don't you think it's strange how when you get to eighteen and can drink legally, the excitment has gone out of it and your not really that concerned anymore. Or is it just me being old and boring. yawn.gif

Too familiar. I am ashamed to admit the last drink I had was New Year eve and before that was July 31st (my birthday) It's not that I don't like to drink I just never get the time!

Went clubbing last year, I'm 33 and I felt like I should've been drawing my pension. Kept saying to my friends "look at those kids, aren't they too young to be out this late". lmaosmiley.gif

My dad, who is 51 went clubbing a few weeks ago. He called me up one morning and told me that one of his w**k colleagues (who's about 25) had taken him clubbing the night before. Then he spent about 10 minutes saying "am I cool, am I hip, am I a cool dad?" laugh.gif. Very scary fear.gif. Luckily he lives in various other countries (Cyprus, Russia, Kazahkstan, Ukraine, Barbados) and I think he went clubbing in the Ukraine, so no one I know would have seen him! Phew laugh.gif laugh.gif Talk about embarrasing!
