A door to the side of the bar is locked, and the key can only be given to you if you have permission to be underneath. Underneath the bar is where vampire hunters plot their next moves to find information on the coven. This is also where vampires are, unfortunately and unfairly, tortured for either the sick pleasures of others or to get information.
