Crucial Information .
Alexis nervously parked her motorcycle by the Salvatore Boarding house. She removed her helmet and stepped off her precious beauty. She wondered if she was too early. She looked a her phone at the directions to Stefan's house before she looked at the house again. "I guess this is the place..." she muttered. She put her cellphone away and headed for the entrance. She looked up as she arrived in front of the door, her hand suspended in the air. She looked back at the door and finally knocked. She wasn't nervous really, she rarely was. She pressed her helmet to her side, an arm over it to prevent it from falling. She looked around. The outside looked beautiful and expansive. It would be easy to guess the brothers weren't paying for it up to this day. Even though they were vampires, this house had probably been done paying a long time ago. Alexis was hoping Stefan was home. It would be a little weird if she fell on his brother. What was his name again? Loman? Doman? Damon? She shrugged at the thought, a small smile on her lips. She would get out of it very easily. Plus, she was pretty sure Stefan was going to be home. It's not like he had a girlfriend or anything of the sort, right? Well, Alex didn't care. She'd swore love off. Stefan was sweet but he wasn't for her. She wasn't really into the vampire thing. She like her men a little badder. She was a fan of danger, a daredevil. It was the main reason as to why she had motorcycles and not cars. Cars weren't dangerous enough for her. While on the other hand, with a motorcycle, you brushed danger every time. It made it easier to get away from anyone chasing her if they were in a car. She laughed gently to herself as she could remember a few times she had gotten away like that. She looked back at the door and saw that it was opening. She straightened herself, ready to meet whoever was on the other side. She smiled as the door fully opened. It was time. Hopefully, Stefan would be sort of happy to see her again. As for his brother, well, he was going to have to let her wait for Stefan, if he was the one to answer of course. Sure the information she had for Stefan might concern his brother as well but she wasn't going to dig around to find him and then reach him. She had no point in doing so. She didn't care about the guy.

Stefan had been more than prepared to see an old friend today. The last time he had seen a dear old friend was his birthday, only to end in a tragedy with the infliction of Damon and his selfish way of vampire life. Stefan hated to wander back to that day because it was a day he lost a friend he'd had for years. Old friends brought great memories, and a whole other side of Stefan out that barely anyone in Mystic Falls had witnessed. To his peers, he was the quiet loner mysterious kid with the leather jacket, the nice car and now apparently the star of the football team. And of course to his friend, Elena, he was brooting and 'existing in his own head'. Stefan begged to differ, but he ended up playing along with this joke that seemed to spread infinitely. An old friend of his, Alexis Roidan was visiting him today. One of the very few witches that befriended him. He knew a couple in Georgia, of course he alerted Bree of when Damon had killed Lexi, that way many wouldn't be heading up to Mystic Falls searching for her. That's all Mystic Falls needed, venged supernatural creatures to go on a hunting spree massacre when they learned Lexi had been killed by the betrayal of his brother, and frankly, Stefan didn't want to see his brother dead, despite his hatred for his brothers poor decisions. Stefan was beyond angry at the time of witnessing what he did to Lexi, which led to why he alerted those in Georgia of the horrible encounter. Stefan finally got ready, slipping a pair of jeans and a shirt on, he heard the sounds of a very rowdy motorcycle in the front. He didn't need to even look who it was. For one, he could smell the familiar scent of his bold and witchy friend, and second, the sound of the motorcycle was what Stefan liked to joke as her grand entrance. Something of that nature. Making his way down the stairs in the three story boarding house, he finally opened the old door with the creaking sound. A flicker of grace ran across his face to see an old friend. Peaking now, he opened the door widely to welcoming his friend into the boarding house. "Alexis. It's great to see you. Long time no see." He said sincerely, approaching her with a hug. He rarely acted this way, but when it came to old friends, a softer side mellowed onto him, mainly because old friends were the only source of humanity you had. (I hope that's okay, I acted as if she was a friend like Lexi or something, =p )

Alex smiled at Stefan and hugged him back. "Alexis. It's great to see you. Long time no see." he told her. He sounded and looked very sincere. Alexis knew he was. "You look as great as always and I agree. It's been a while since we've seen each other, maybe a little too long." she told him with a smile. She hadn't seen him in a long while, it was true, and right now, she wished she didn't have bad news for Stefan, that they were meeting on a totally different note and for a totally different reason. Stefan and her were old friend and Alexis almost saw him as family. A shadow passed across her eyes at the thought. She had recently lost her parents. She tried to keep a strong face and to not let it show but she could almost feel tears burning her eyes. She blinked a few times and put a smiled on her lips. "So can I come in?" she mused, smirking. "Or, are you hiding a naked girl in your living room that I don't know about? I mean, I would hate to crump your style." she joked. The witch very well knew it wasn't Stefan's type to be doing something like that. She had come across a rumour saying he had a girlfriend. He wouldn't cheat on his girlfriend, not in a million years, nope. Not Stefan. She smiled and walked in, seeing as he was welcoming her into the boarding house.
She wondered if he'd caught news of what she had heard. She didn't know about what he had gone through all those years. Maybe he had lived through things that would lead him to maybe think vampires were planning something that had to do with Mystic Falls. It might explain why he was still here, or more like why he had come back. She knew on her part that. She looked at the inside of the house and whistled. "Nice place. My compliments to your decorator. You ought to give me the his or her name so I can get my new place decorated." she told him with a smile. She was partly kidding. The place looked nice but she knew he didn't get any decorators for the house. She wasn't looking for a decorator either. It felt so good thought to finally be with someone she trusted, knowing she was safe, for a little while at least. "So, what have you been up to since we've last seen each other?" she asked him as she looked at him. " You can skip most of the stuff about your girlfriend, I've heard everything. Well, mostly. Okay, I've only heard you were dating a certain Elena Gilbert, that you and her were going to school together and that she was the most popular girl in school, or something." she explained. She'd done her research. even thought she hadn't been sure he was home or in Mystic Falls, she had search some sort of rumours or confirmation that he was indeed here. She'd found it, pretty easily. It seemed he hadn't really been looking to hide away.
Alexis had burning question on her lips but also information to give. She had decided a regular chat would be better before she told him her reason for moving here. Unless of course he asked her, in which case she would tell him. But she kept her mouth shut and cleared her throat as she waited for him to answer. She walked over to the lounge and sat on a comfy couch. Alexis was like that, once you invited her inside, she would always make herself at home but unless she had reason to, she wouldn't search your things. Of course if she was in the process of getting information, she might but not with anyone to see her. She didn't have any partners to gather information, she didn't need it. She had her contacts. Vampires, werewolves, witch, humans, anyone capable to get her information was good enough. She worked alone however. Once she got her information, she might keep the name of the contact but she wouldn't befriend him by calling just to talk.

Stefan crawled another grin onto his face, the pleasure of seeing an old friend was always necessary in his newly found chaotic life. Life was hectic for Stefan, but he had only brought it on himself for a desirable and unregretting reason. Elena Gilbert, the kind and loving girl who could make him forget that he was even a vampire, that he was as old as he had been, and each others shared love was not in any way awkward to him. It felt as real as any other love between two human beings could be, and Stefan was sure it was the first time he truly loved another person. Katherine had been selfish, evil, devious; and brain washed him into believing he loved her. Stefan doubted his feelings for her, but that was only because it was easier said than done when it came to Katherine. He extended an arm. "Come in, come in. Don't be a stranger." He insisted casually, extremely pep in his step at the sight and moment of reconnecting with a friend. Stefan grinned, flaring his nose as he laughed silently to himself at her next comment in reference to a girl. "Actually." He said raising a finger. "I believe you've got the wrong brother. Naked girls in the living room? Damons department of leisure." He said in a nonchalant tone. Stefan was much more refined when it came to chivalry. Well, besides that three some he had with twins in the seventies; but other than that, Stefan would never desire having naked girls just hanging out in the living room for his amusement, it was too much something Damon would do, and Stefan could actually recall several times he walked in on that. Stefan followed her in throughout the lobby as the door closed, quite taken aback that anybody fancied the decadently styled place. Their home was old fashioned, refined, and definitely not urbanized to todays modern homes. The place had a dark but elegant setting, sort of Victorian, or as Damon liked to call the place, a 'seventies auction' setting. Stefan always found it to be a bit much, but he never flaunted things like this. Sure, he may have rocked the typical Giorgio Armani leather jacket from Italy, the collectors car, but he wasn't one to brag of his possessions because in all honesty, none of that mattered when you lived for over a century, alone without a person to truly confide in, until now. "Right right, well, I believe that our interior designer has passed several decades ago. And I'm sure he wasn't a vampire, so you may be out of luck."He opened his mouth, only to be shut up when Alexis informed him that she was quite up to speed on his life. Word of mouth. He assumed for an instant that Damon had something to do with it, and it wouldn't have surprised him if Damon secretly published his journal. He let out a slight laugh at the last remark. "Ha ha, had to add in that she was popular huh? But, yes, you're correct. She's great." He added in. "So how's the new place? Shouldn't be too far from here is it?" He questioned, catching up, making small talk.

Alexis was glad, though a little bit nervous, to see his friend. She pushed the bad news away from her mind. She was here to meet up with an old friend first. She couldn't say she had thought about Stefan a lot during the time they hadn't seen each other. She'd been busy and she figured so had he. He had a girlfriend now and being a vampire with a human girlfriend probably wasn't easy. Alexis on her side had recently lost her family and stopped answering her best guy friend's call and messages. She'd cut contact from her old life.
She smiled as Stefan invited her in then commented on her joke about hiding a naked girl. She smiled. "I know it's not your thing, don't worry. I have to joke a little. Life is boring if you never have any fun." she mused. "Damon, that's his name. Well, I won't forget that. Lemme rephrase what I said. 'Can I come in? Or is your brother hiding a naked girl in the living room?' " she joked as she looked at him laughing a little. She had to make him laugh, it used to be something she was able to do so often before. Now she herself laughed very little. She knew Stefan and he wasn't the type to do something like that."Right right, well, I believe that our interior designer has passed several decades ago. And I'm sure he wasn't a vampire, so you may be out of luck." he told her in response to her comments on the decoration. She laughed. "Sad. Maybe I can information about his descendants. Who knows. Maybe I'll find another interior decorator." she told him with a smile that indicated she was joking.
She was glad to see the surprised look on his face as she was telling him all that she knew about his love life. "Ha ha, had to add in that she was popular huh? But, yes, you're correct. She's great." he told her. "Hey, I had to be sure you were here before I moved here. And I wanted to know how things had been going with your life. You know me, I have friend in low places... I don't pick what they tell me, I might as well tell you what I've heard about." she winked as she leaned back against the sofa she sitting on. She shrugged when he asked her about her new place. "It's a small apartment on Oak grove. I tried to find something close to my shop. That way I could easily get to and from it by foot or car, well motorcycle in my case." she smiled a little. She didn't realized right away that she didn't own a shop last time she'd talked to Stefan but rather worked in a bar. It was also where she'd first met him.
"So, don't change the topic. How's life been treating you? You look a little pale and tired, if that's even possible..." she told as she leaned forward, looking at him. "Seems like you haven't had a real break in a long time..." she added. "Anything happened? I would hope nothing bad but I won't beat my money on that..." Looking at him, she smiled. Of course things weren't easy for him and whatever it was it either had to do with the past, his brother or his girlfriend. She could imagine. Neither of them ever had it easy. "Does she know your a vampire?" the question had been burning her lips and now that it was out, she hoped he wouldn't take it wrong. She was a friend but he shouldn't have to tell her every detail of his life unless he wanted to.

Stefan nodded, smiling to himself. Damon always joked that he was never able to take a joke, and he took things too literally sometimes, but not when it came to friends like Alexis or Lexi. Stefan snickered to himself softly. "Not that I'm aware of at least. If there are any naked girls in this house, they're in Damons room, and that's not a room I plan on going to." Stefan walked, grinning. It had been a while since anyone made such jokes, which was why he was glad he had Alexis, a dear good friend whom he would always care for in the sense that she was probably the oldest friend left that he could truly be just himself around. Stefan was much more loose and less tense around his friend, no questioning that. "Well, I'm not the worst with eyes, I could help you out if you need anything, you know me. Mr. Italian fashionista here." He mocked knowing that everyone knew him and Damon for their Armani leather jackets, trademark. He nodded, in awe that a friend was close by, but he just hoped Damon wouldn't be too much of trouble to her. That's where conflicts usually crashed. Stefan had an underlying love for his brother, a care, that conflicted when others were caused misery because of him, and when they were out for revenge, it put Stefan in a rough position. He raised an eyebrow. "Oh, miss Gossip girl huh?" He mimicked. Before they went further ado on the subject, he listened to her describe her new place, trying to illustrate it within his mind, or even trying to recall if he had seen the place. "Ah, Oak Grove huh? I know the area,be careful, the po po live around there." He warned, knowing that Alexis had her ways sometimes, she was a witch, she could have an edge to her if she wanted, and she usually attracted many men in her way. "Oh right, your shop. I haven't been, but I'm willing to check it out. Actually, I've still got my car from way back when if you were interested in taking it for a spin in a bit." He offered nonchalantly. Yep, you wouldn't see this side of Stefan unless you were Alexis or Lexi, a side that he wasn't googley eyed over Elena, sulking around Damon or awkward around those whom he hadn't desired to know. He laughed when Alexis boldly called him out on changing the subject, raising an eyebrow. "Oh it's quite possible alright. I've just uh-" He stopped, rushing a hand through his soft brown hair, exhaling. "Lots of eerie issues of the supernatural and the council with their awareness of vampires. It's been hectic, but I'm in no place to leave this mess either." He shot a look to her when she questioned of Elena knowing he was a vampire. "Yeah. She does." He stated. (OMG sorry for the late reply, my muse for all male charries has been all mehhh because my rp friend whose been gone for 2 months just came back and she replies like ever 3 seconds, and she's persistent about me responding right away so my muse is drained! im so soooo sorry though <33)

Alexis smiled. She loved to teased her close friend Stefan. She'd missed this close contact with him. She wasn't the type to keep close to a vampire. She was a witch and witches weren't known for making friends with vampires but Stefan wasn't your average vampire.”Well that’s a room I’m going to stay away from…” she said. "Well, I'm not the worst with eyes, I could help you out if you need anything, you know me. Mr. Italian fashionista here." he told her and she laughed. ” I’m sure you are. It’s fine really. I’ll find the decorator myself… I’m a big girl, I can handle myself.”
"Oh, miss Gossip girl huh?" he mimicked. Alexis chuckled and shrugged. ”If that’s what you wanna call me, I ‘m not about to stop you Stefan.” she replied with a wide smile. She kept her smile on. “Awww, the famous Stefan Salvatore is worried a powerful snitch dare devil witch like me won’t be able to handle it? I’m grown up you know, I can take care of myself. I told you that earlier…” she fainted to be insulted. As he mentioned her shop, she leaned back in the sofa. ”Right, you probably don’t know… Sorry…. I own an Esoteric shop… “ she explained. Seeing his face she rolled her eyes. ”It’s a magic shop, or something. For spells and other things in the supernatural area.” she added.
"Lots of eerie issues of the supernatural and the council with their awareness of vampires. It's been hectic, but I'm in no place to leave this mess either." he answered. Her smile slowly disappeared. ”That bad? What happened if you don’t mind me asking of course? And, what exactly brought you here?” she had to ask him. She didn’t want to be bringing him any more trouble.
(it’s ok.)
