Summary: (taken from DramaWiki)

Kiritani Shuji is the popular guy who gets along with everyone, from the jerks to the nerds to the just plain weird. The one person Shuji cannot stand is Kusano Akira. To Shuji, Akira is just plain annoying. He laughs, talks and acts funny. Things heat up when a new student comes to school. Her name is Kotani Nobuko, a girl who has no self confidence at all and is content at being made fun of and bullied in school. Shuji and Akira come to an accord that in order to make use of their "youth" they will "produce" Nobuko as the next popular girl. One of the conditions, however, is that nobody should find out that they are working together as a team to make this concept possible. Unveiled here is the story of true friendship between three unlikely candidates who would not have been friends if not given the special circumstances.

It's really really funny, and 'deep' at very random moments. XD Highly recommended.

Nobuta Power, Enter!

The cast is great. A very heartwarming tale of friendship. I liked Yamapi as Akira more than him as the main character of Kurosagi.

Nobuta wo Produce is so great!! When I first saw this drama I immediately fell in love with Kame!! :wub: But other than Kame, the drama is godd!

I only watched the first episode .. after that i really couldn't continue it .. it was really boring !

I love this drama.
Kat-tun member Kazuya was in it, so I downloaded.
I'm glad that I watched this.

Although the drama deals with heavy theme such as ijime, the ending is happy (hope I did not spoil the ending...), so I recommend people to watch this!

Yamapi is the awesomest of the awesomest! He's so cute and I must say he's a pretty good actor. I love his character in Nobuta too, he's so random and quirky. The show was hilarious, the 3 went together so well. It's too bad no one ended up together, but it's nice that romance doesnt impede on their relationship. The ending was kind of sad though :bawling:

This dorama was one of my first ones! I love how Maki and Yamapii played their roles. Even Kame! I didn't like the ending too much, but the overall dorama was really good. I'd be happy if there was a part 2, but then it probably wouldn't be as good as the first one, huh?

OH my god! I totally loved this drama! Maki, Yamapi, and Kame!!! Yaay!!! And it has a very good message.. >.< And I really wanted Kame and Maki to end up together!!! If only there was season 2... And Seishun Amigo.. I love that song!!! :bye: I'm getting all excited now.. heehee... And cute piggys!!!

This one is one of the few j-dramas that i've watched. I thought it was pretty good (well good enough to watch it again not too long after i finished watching it the first time lol). I thought that the messages behind it was nice
