SPECIAL POWERS OR ABILITIES
-United Nations Peacekeeper: Operating under the banner of the United Nations has given Arthur and his fellow peacekeepers access to the best equipment Frankfurt has to offer. In a pinch, this elite status allows for the Special Response Teams of the United Nations to call upon the aid of regular military forces and even assume limited command during emergency situations.
-Special Forces Training: As a special forces officer, Arthur received thorough training to prepare him for the worst Terra Nova can throw at him.
LANGUAGES SPOKEN
-British English: Native language
-French: Second language, learned in Westminster School.
-German: Third language, also learned in Westminster School but dropped after two years. Like most ambitious officers however, Arthur refreshed his knowledge of the German language after Frankfurt became the Engineering capital of the world.
POSITION IN THE WAR
Arthur Bailey is the Commanding Officer of United Nations Special Response Team I. Together with the other Special Response Teams throughout the European continent and the five officers making up for SRTI, he is responsible for maintaining the peace and the military balance in Europe (and intervene with necessary force should it be endangered).
On a personal basis, Arthur is extremely pro-Human. Although he worked with Angelic forces on an irregular basis, Arthur believes their presence in Europe is counterproductive to the reconstruction effort and a destabilizing factor to the military balance he is attempting to maintain. This, in turn, fuels a growing distrust of his Angelic allies and wariness over their intentions; right up to the point where Arthur would sacrifice every last Angelic on Terra Firma without remorse if it would mean victory over the Demons.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Standing at a firm 6’1” and weighing a good 185 lbs, Arthur Bailey doesn’t really stands out in a crowd. If it wouldn’t be for the uniform he wears on a daily basis while going to work (the brown coat over brown trousers with a khaki web belt, khaki button-up shirt with a matching khaki tie and golden tie clasp, black gloves, polished black shoes and a brown hard-framed service cap with the golden UN cap badge) it would be nearly impossible to hold this man, with his friendly soft green eyes, somewhat untidy brown hair and ever-present five o’clock shadow for a United Nation Special Response Peacekeeper.
Behind the charismatic smile and the friendly attitude however, the easy-going Arthur is a man who would kill without remorse if the situation requires it. Evidence of his more serious, professional side comes in the form of three scars; one on his left wrist, sustained after he broke it during a training accident in the Swiss Alps, one on his right cheek, just below his cheek bone, as a constant reminder of a knife fight with a mercenary on the South Sudanese border –a fight of which only one of them walked away alive- and a scar on his right chest, another souvenir of his tour in South Sudan when a bullet (fired by that same mercenary) managed to penetrate his Kevlar vest and sustain just enough speed to leave a scar.
