I do not know if WoC should have more captains and assistants? But I think we should not have more than one captian.. but maybe two assistants.

! I think maybe one more assistant would be better...coz as Tuna said...I'm now with lots of work and I think Sema too ...maybe another assis could help us more! coz our team is the biggest...I can see that!

the other think ... one more assistent i dont know ... it is true that i dont have so much time in the last time and that will not change in the next 6 weeks, but i try my best to be a good captain... if u see that i make any errors so let me know this ... maybe then i can need the help from a second assistent... but dont forget Kitty cyn is also here and yes maybe she have at the moment also a lot stuff to do but this will not be all the time ... i am sure ... for the moment i think it is ok so but if u mean we need more assistent so it is your choice. But for me is ok now how it is

Btw, you both should share the work together, if you can't miss Cyn in MSN then pm her for more work information and to share your both idea together It is still not stable... but I will try all I can to make all the groups stable

and for the moment i dont think that we need a second assistent maybe later i dont know yet. i still hope that we both ( kittycyn and me ) makes a good jop and i know that u pham will also help us i know it girl
