i always thought I should be treated like a star."
Girls want to be them because they're perfect, they're thin, everything we've all wanted to be at one time or another. Everything we still want to be in a deeper signifigance. Guys want to be them because all the girls swoon at their smile, these boys have fan sites where the girls they know do nothing but speak of their unimanginable good looks. Girls want to date them, and guys want to sleep with them. We all know who they are, and could probably give you a list of their names on the drop of a dime. Though stalking may be frowned upon, we'd honestly do anything to see what makes them so spectacular. To see what they do once the limo door closes and the smile fades away.

Stardom is a world that places you higher than anyone. You're an idol to teenagers and a fleeting hope of insanity for those of the older placement. Though the life of the loved is not all lepricons and manicures. It's a world of papparazzi and eating disorders. Over dosing on drugs because your rival had more publicity than you this week. Bad publicity, good publicity, it isn't all the same. It could make you or break you. It's a world of pain and suffering, dog eat dog. Let's just hope we can all make it out with our reputations intact.

January 2007, one admirable tourist runs across a town in the Bahamas she'd never noticed before. It was small, and the perfect place to run away to. What was she to know this wasn't going to be so perfect for her teens? Her move caused a great migration of the most admirable families in the United States, and then some. And this change sent a great upset amongst the locals who enjoyed their town American free. And to make it worse, these weren't tourists, these were inhabitants. The teenagers who had to attend high school with these kids took it much harder than their parents could even imagine they ever would.

It's a revolt against these snobby girls and dreamy boys, and the rivals have home field advantage. Wouldn't this be the perfect time to pull out the cameras? That's what one aspiring director thought, and this is where he got his big break. The real reality show, this isn't like the one's you see on MTV. These kids really have no idea that they're being broadcasted. This show doesn't come up in Inagua, and that's the only island you can't see it on. These boys and girls really don't know that every kiss that have and every fight they endure shows up in the broadcasting to the rest of the world, and David Mikul is planning on keeping it that way, because that's the hook of the show.

And while their being taped, they have to deal with the perks and downfalls of every teenage reality. The break-ups, the hook-ups, the classes failed, and the college choices. And that's just beyond the fact that everyone is fighting against everyone else, because the locals really just don't want them here.

We all just need a little breathing room, and these are destructive situations.
