Huron had circled himself with candles, all lit and flickering in the calm midnight breeze. There were large heaps of junk on either side, all lit up faintly in the candle light. Huron wasn't wearing a shirt, or even his respirator, so his tattoo's were visible - as well as those two marks on his shoulder-blades. He was knelt down, back straight up and the palms of his hands were pressed together in a prayer. The language he was uttering his prayer was an ancient and completely unknown one - except the few who worshiped the same Godly being he did. This one wasn't quite like the Christian or Catholic God which had created everything here, nor was it a Satanic one. It was completely alien, and as such the scriptures of it's liking were burned or otherwise lost, in desperate gambles for power.

But Huron, unlike the childish humans who were toying with something that most might not be able to comprehend, worshiped this being and did what he could to help it, not because he wanted power. Granted, power was promised, but Huron knew that this things intentions would inevitably come true. He just wanted to speed it up and get it out of the way, hopefully avoiding the sulfur and rain himself of when the time came.

"Forde mei es tui morite quiestaem vodomus..." he kept chanting. Though very few people knew the language, the almost inaudible tone of his voice suggested that he was asking for forgiveness.

Faust moved through the path of the junkyard. He saw someone sneak in...well, barely caught it out of the corner of his eye, almost too fast to catch. This intrigued him, he wondered if it was a new vampire or Were or something.
He carefully stepped between random piles of metal, peering between the rows of stacked cars, careful not to let himself be heard. He wanted to know what it was, yes, but he knew it wouldn't be wise to be caught in a fight he didn't belong in.

He heard something moving behind him somewhere, but he assumed that it was the breeze making papers flow around and making some of the lighter metals shake in place. He continued his prayer, mumbling the words at a low tone and at a pretty fast pace. "Géro di silentée et vu et teku..." He mumbled, before eventually pausing and looking toward his left shoulder. "Who's there?" he queried.

Faust paused, hearing the voice quite clearly and knowing that whatever he'd seen was the voice that now called out. He came to several conclusions, knowing the voice was that of a human, vampire or not, or maybe an unchanged Were.
The tone of voice seemed irked but not immediately threatening, and he wondered to himself quickly whether he should reveal himself or not. He decided maybe he should stay in place and see whether it was a genuine threat.

Edit: ((wrong character, sorry!!))

"Who's there?" he called out again, slightly impatient. He still wasn't looking all the way behind him, but he was now standing up to his full eight foot tall height. But he still was dwarfed by most of the junk-piles, and the tops of them couldn't be seen by the soft candle-light. You had to stare at the stars to determined where they reached their peek. "Anyone?" he asked out loud again. "Don't be shy."

Faust narrowed his eyes as he saw the tall shadow. This guy must've been a good two feet taller than Faust. He decided maybe it would be best not to provoke an attack if this guy thought someone was spying from him.
"It is no one of importance to you," Faust called out, pressing his back against the wall of 'junk' as he looked over his shoulder into a gap, moving a little to get a good peek.
"Who are you?"

Huron turned toward where he thought this person was, knowing that they were probably hiding out of sight. He folded his arms, only slightly amused. "Well, then, with that...I'm no one of importance to you. Is that what you wanted to hear?" he said, a note of sarcasm in his voice. The midnight breeze escalated into a weak wind, rain clouds starting to form overhead. "Perhaps you can be courteous enough to answer this: is there any particular reason why you've come here?" He paused. "And I'm not particularly fond of eavesdroppers."

Faust smirked slightly, despite himself.
"I'm not eavesdropping. I saw something coming into the junkyard and just came here to investigate." Well, it was the truth, sure enough.
Faust stepped out from behind the wall.
"Fine. If you really need to know, I'm a vampire named Faust. I'm not here to bite you though, if that's what you assume." He crossed his arms and looked through the pile of junk, barely making out a figure among some candlelight through the cracks in the cars and metal.

Huron gave a sinister smile, even if he wasn't going to hurt this guy. "Well, 'Faust', my name is Huron." He unfolded his arms and gave a bow to be polite...to a fellow vampire. He didn't have the look nor scent of having been changed to one recently. "And I've been here for a few hours, so it can't be me that you were...'tracking'." He said in one breath and his slight English/German accent.

Faust cursed under his breath. So there was something else out there? Damn...
"Well then...sorry to have disturbed your, er, ritual," he said hastily, looking at the candles again and back up to the vampire, not having that good of a look at him from this angle.

"Well," Huron decided to say, "It might not've been malicious if it didn't attack me, seeing as how I'm the only one with a light source on this side of the junkyard." There might not have been anyone else in the junkyard, actually, but there were some faint lights coming from where the working dock was.

Of coarse, whatever it was might've been trying to toy with him and he didn't take notice.

"Oh, and biting me wouldn't do a damn thing."

"No...no, of course not," he murmured, preoccupied now. It couldn't have been a normal animal, unless it had escaped from the New York zoo. He shook his head.
"This is very strange. I will need to look into this," he finally said, making up his mind. He would just have to search the rest of the junkyard. He had nothing better to do tonight, anyways.

Huron shrugged. "Alright. Have fun out there, detective." he said with a smirk, then turned around, knelt down, clapping his hands together softly, and resumed his prayer, chanting in the same tongue as last time. His eyes were closed, but he could still tell that the clouds were gathering stronger.

He curiously looked at 'Huron', narrowing his eyes as he heard him uttering strange words.
"The same to you..." he said slowly, before looking 'round and taking a leap, just barely catching the edge of a small pile of stacked Volkswagons and hoisting himself up and looking around. He jumped to a taller tower, searching for whatever it was that was eluding him.

He continued his prayer, even with the noise that Faust was making trying to find whatever it was he was looking for. "Indeiu forde oduu fo medoness weisten..." he chanted, before eventually pausing to listen. What was that?

He lowered his hands, his eyes still closed, in his attempt to listen to what it was - he didn't recognize the sound at all, and it didn't sound like it was coming from where Faust was exploring.

"Perhaps there was something..." he muttered, deciding to stand up and go take a look for himself, venturing from out of the circle of candles.
