Can I come in?, Please?

[Tris]

Sandry? *blushes* I .... er..... *coughs* need your help

[Sandry]

"Oh, hey Tris." Sandry said, looking up from writing her diary. "What do you need my help with?" She smiled at her friend.

[Tris]

Tris's blush deepened.
"Well," she began, "It's just -,"
She broke off and looked around, checking that the door was properly closed. "I think I found a boy I - you know - like."

This said, her scarlet face turned bright purple and she ran out Sandry's room.

[Sandry]

Sandry ran after her,caught her by the sleeve, and drew her back inside her room, closing the door firmly.
"You can tell me Tris," Sandry said kindly. "I won't tell anyone, i promise."

[Tris]

Tris struggled for a moment, then gave in as all the threads in her dress started to move.
"You heard what I said. I found a boy I like."

[Sandry]

"Yeah, and..." Sandry whirled her hands, indicating that she carried on.

[Tris]

Tris blushed even harder, if that was possible considering her already beetroot-red face, and said, "It's Kirel. You know, Frostpine's apprentice."

[Sandry]

"How come you never said before?" Sandry said.

[Tris]

Tris looked at Sandry over the top of her spectacles. "I was embarassed, why d'you think?"

[Sandry]

"Mmmm, i see. Well, what are you going to do about it?" Sandry fiddled with her hair, listening to Tris intently.

[Tris]

Tris glared at Sandry. She didn't like asking for help, but couldn't Sandry see that was what she was doing? Containing her anger, she said
"If I knew, why would I be asking you?"

[Sandry]

"Oh, sorry," Sandry said, "I didn't realize... well, you should tell him... somehow." Sandry frowned.

[Tris]

Tris, still glaring, said sarcastically, "Oh, you are helpful today. What am I supposed to SAY?"

[Sandry]

"Tris, you don't be sarcastic. I don't really want my room filled by lightning! Calm down."Sandry said. "Just tell him the truth."

[Tris]

Tris took a few deep breaths to calm herself, then said, "But it's embarrasing!"
