[Briar]

Briar returned to the market soon after he was there before, to have another look. "this is great" he thought. Out of the corner of his eye, he saw Sandry coming towards him. "Whats she doing here?" he wondered.

[Daja]

Daja was on the other side. "Oh what is Briar doing here," she thought. "Oh and there's sandry to!" Daja looked around have expecting Tris to be there.

[Briar]

Briar casually wondered over to where Daja and Sandry were standing. "Umm, hello" he said. "Whatya doing 'ere?"

[Sandry]

Sandry shrugged.
"Lark gave me some time off, so i had nothing better to do!" She laughed.

[Tris]

There was a pause, and Tris walked by. Noticing the others, she grinned. "What are you lot doing here?"

[Briar]

"I'm just looking" said Briar. "You?"

[Sandry]

As soon as Briar had finished his sentence a scream echoed from one of the stalls.
"Stop thief!" The shopkeeper had yelled as a small, dark figure ran away down the street, clutching an expensive dress. Sandry lifted up her skirts and ran down the street after him, desciding whether she should use her magic or not.

[Briar]

Briar, as he knew this part well, chased after the theif. "it's alright" he panted to Sandry. "He's gonna go down this back street" With that he dragged Sandry down a small, dark, smelly alley.

[Sandry]

"Use your magic!" Someone scremed at Sandry. She wasn't sure whether it was Tris, Daja or Briar. "I'm going to!"

"Fine then!" Sandry screamed into nowhere. She reached into her magic, sensing for threads. When she found the boy's clothes, she pulled into the threads, stretching them to make them longer and longer untill they got entangled in a stream of plantlife that Briar obviously had sent to catch him. The boy fell into a heap, still wildly trying to free himself.

[Briar]

The boy looked up, saw that Briar was standing over him, and looked away again.

"What did you do that for?" growled Briar. The boy struggled to get free, but the spells that bound him were too strong. He stared into Briar's eyes.

"What'ya looking at, kid?" asked Briar. The boy shrugged, obviously scared. Again he struggled, and this time he almost got free. Sandry was finding it hard to keep her spell strong, and the boy seemed to sense this.

Eventually he managed to get out, and he ran as fast as he could down the street. But he hadn't reckoned for Briar's hare like speed, and Briar was soon hot on his tail, silently willing the others to help him with thier magic.

[Sandry]

Sandry stayed where she was, rooted to the spot, finding her magic and working out a spell. She unleashed it, and sent it soaring to the child.

[Briar]

The child fell, and, as much as he struggled, couldn't get free. Briar sighed. "What do we do with 'im now, Sandry? At least he can't get away"

[Daja]

Daja and came running up. "Well done, you got him," she panted, leaning against the wall. "What did he steal?"

[Briar]

"Not sure" panted Briar. "I can't breath properly. Everythings a bit dizzy" He steadied himself on Daja, and then he collapsed, hitting the ground with a thud.

[Daja]

"Wow. Briar passed out," said Daja as she knelt beside him. This was indeed a phonemon.
