For new members:
- If you are interested in any guild - please sign up on their member sheet.
- be active in your respective guilds - you may pick more than one. However, you are only allowed one position. For example, you can not be president of two clubs.

Steps to starting your own guild:
Introduction: As president or vice-president, you can:
- become moderator of your own forum (not thread)
- gather/recruit your own exclusive/public guild
- hold contests/events/election/etc.
- assign member titles
- assign rules and guidelines

Application Requirements:
1) Mininum members:
5 members (A) to start a guild - 1 president
20 members (AA) to upgrade - 1 president and 1 vice-president
40 members (AAA) - 1 president, vice, 5 or more titles (depending on size)
To start recruiting, start a thread with your guild name and description and etc. Once you are ready with 5 members (not including yourself), fill out an application.

2) Try not to repeat guilds. Fill out the below Application and submit it to the Admins.
*Topics must be appropriate and original, but otherwise, you may pick anything. Make it appealing.

Exclusive (*password-protected) or public:
Further notes:

*invitations must be private if guild is private

Once your application is approved
1) a new forum will be made for the guild
2) president and vice president (if any) will be made moderator
3) start two threads and pin them.
- Members - provide member names and titles, # of members. Allow people to Reply to asy they will join. Keep this updated.
- Guild name - introduction, rules, announcements, information about your guild, etc. (Pin and Close this)
4) Don't be a dictator. Have fun with your members, but maintain order. That is your responsibility.

If your application is denied, we will tell you why. You may re-apply.

Power may be ursurped by majority members. Power can also be transferred.
To avoid clutter, any guild that is inactive over a month will be given a warning. If it continues to be inactive, the guild will be deleted.
