Well, I just got finished moving CanobieFan to it's new home: WestHost. What does this mean to you? For now (hopefully) nothing. The site should act and look the exact same way. "Then why did you do it!?" you ask? Basically because WestHost allows the use of CGIs and Yahoo didn't. This means that I can finally set up some automation here.. for instance.. Before the move, if James wanted to add an update to the main page, he would have to log into his Yahoo account, open the file manager, open the code to his index.html file, and add a new cell to the main table. That's no fun. With the ability to run CGIs, he'll be able to go to a website like "www.canobiefan.com/updates.cgi" and type it into a form on the internet and hit submit. It will be as easy (easier, really) as making a post on this forum. Also, and this is the biggest news, it allows James to take advantage of the very snefty picture gallery script that my buddy Topaz wrote for my site. This script looks at the pictures in a folder, and automagically makes the html code on the spot. So if James adds more pictures, a new page is generated. If he takes some out (now why would he do that?) it reflects that change too. This frees me from having to manually make the pages. What does this mean? Many, MANY more pictures, and more updates. Aaaand with the increased disk space and bandwidth, there will be videos coming soon too..
..So lock yourself in and hold on.. this is going to be one wild ride.

Question, when do you plan on having the videos posted? Also, nice job with the site.
