The park had a really good atmosphere, very electric. It was also very crowded, especially the midway stage area, however I found that waiting in lines for rides was really not that bad. I managed to get into two of the scares early on, so I basically walked right up to the queues & walked in. A glow stick was needed for one of them. I like all of the old arcade games from the 80s that are set-up in one of them.

Rides (solo):
-PsychoDrome (Halloween theme playing)
-Dragon Coaster
-Crazy Cups
-Dodgem

I spotted Steve at midway. I went over to see him, met his family members. I also met Ben James Ben (great meeting you finally!). We all chatted for awhile. BJB went on his way, I stayed with Steve to watch the Madonna tribute. I really enjoyed the show as it was my 1st time seeing her. Afterwards, Steve & I rode Canobie Express from Portofino --> Bee Bop.
Mini-Kiss was starting their show, so I watched that (I had lost Steve in the meantime). After the show, I reunited with Steve, who was now with Jenny (great seeing you again Jenny!)
The three of us rode Over the Rainbow together, as well as the Crazy Cups & the carousel.
Before nights end, we would also watch the fireworks together. (I hadn't seen the fireworks for probably 20+ years). The display was amazing.

Food:
-warm pretzel from cart near Old Time Photo Emporium
-fried dough from Poncho Cantina (this stand was literally trashed - looks like they just couldn't keep up with the crowds).

It was a really fun night for me; cool temps, short lines, & great company.

Until 2012.....
