please help trip planning June 1st

I'm thinking about going Friday June 1st. I noticed the 9AM opening.

Does this mean a lot of "school trips" at the park that day?
Will it be super crowded ?
Does it empty out around 2:00, because all the schools leave ?
Should I just wait until 2:00PM, just tough it out, or wait until the end of June ?

Yes the early opening is to accommodate school groups and these days are reasonably busy, but not horrible. crowds are similar to a Friday or Sunday during the summer.

I wouldn't wait till 2. you would be paying for the entire day so you might as well use as much of it as possible. the crowds will thin out later in the day as the groups head home.

there are lots of schools but the crowds are not that bad... if you go during another week day the park is absolutly dead!

Another thing to factor in is that even though there are schools who do go for trips its not a lot whole of schools, I would say now its more middle schools (8th graders) who are going to the park, since most seniors high schoolers are out and the fact a lot of high schools dont do feild trips to amusement parks as does grade school kids
