Oh, now I get it. You noticed the time I woke up--I work the overnight shift and I have to sleep from mid-afternoon until mid evening.

I just got the DVD for DEATH PROOF and the faux trailers are not on it!! I hope they're on the PLANET TERROR DVD. Anyhow, this edition of DP is extended with more gore than before.

The faux trailers (Don't, Thanksgiving, Werewolf Women of the S.S.) can be found on YouTube.

Um, no. The other one is called Machete, which is being made into a real movie I'm told.

Back to randomness

Burlington has not one but two Halloween stores, HALLOWEEN EXPRESS inside the Burlington Mall (where Crate & Barrel used to be), and SPIRIT HALLOWEEN SUPERSTORE inside the old Tower Records store. Spirit was the store that was in Stoneham last year, the old Cherry & Webb building at Redstone. Today it is all boarded up after someone gave drive-thru a whole new meaning.

me either /... and there is a warning label on them saying... MAY CONTAIN NUTS..... uuuuuuuuuughhhhh.... I got out of work an hour and a half ago and my brother got halo 3

I think what they mean is that Milky Way is made from the same machine that processes peanuts (i.e., Snickers) so there may be traces of nuts in the Milky Way bars. They have to say this for the benefit of people who are allergic to nuts.

I just went to BJ's Wholesale Club and stocked up on Halloween candy to be distributed to the trick or treaters. I like to give them full size bars and not those cheap looking "fun size" bars. What's fun about them?? If you were a trick or treater and they gave you those tiny snicker-snacker size bars wouldn't you be peeved?? Wouldn't you douse them with shaving cream?

Anyhow, I got the variety packs and I'm giving out Milky Way, Snickers (regular and with almonds), 3 Musketeers, Twix with caramel and Twix PB (the new one with peanut butter instead of caramel and an Oreo-type chocolate cookie). I'll keep them in a cool dry place to ensure that they'll be good and fresh for trick or treat night.

I have an orange T-shirt that reads "This Is My COSTUME/Give Me The DAMN CANDY".
