Now I know Canobie was trying to make a easier way for riders who wasnt stuck in a group a chance not to stand in line when its mostly groups making up more then half of the line, but the single rider line...wasnt a good idea, because I went a few weeks back, and there were groups of 3 to 5 kids waiting in the singel rider line, just so they didnt have to wait in the longer line angry.gif so was the line a bad or good idea to being with

While kids do try to do that, they don't ask for how many are in a group in the single rider line. If there is one empty seat on a car, they let the next 1 person in the single riders line in, 2 empty seats the next 2, three the next three and so forth. It doesn't matter how many people came together in the single rider line, riding together or not is a risk they are taking. From the couple times I've been there it seems the single riders line isn't much faster than the ordinary line anyways.

Yes, I get what your saying, but its called a single rider line but there are people who are abusing that line

I agree it is easy to abuse the line. I don't mind seeing a group of 2 use it but i have seen groups of 3-5 get in the line. I have seen employees make people move if they notice it. but they have more important things to do then police the Single rider line.

I think part of the problem here is with the new photo area it brings people right by it. before they had to look for it so they were more enticed to just get back in line.

It dose normally save you some time. but that doesn't mean you will get right on. But for some one like me who often goes alone or with my friend in a wheelchair the single rider line is a big help.

I'm a new user. I feel that if people are in the single-rider line they should know that they will get split up. If there's five people in that group, then they should know they aren't riding together and people in the regular line shouldn't have to move for them. I think a lot of people see "Shorter Line" instead of "Single Rider", but if I were operating the ride and you came up the single rider line, you'd be a single rider. I guess that's my two-cents.

Welcome to the site.

The point of the line is simply allow a single person to be used to fill a seat. if you have a group of 5 then 2 there is one seat open.

I agree they likely see shorter line not single rider line. I'm sure the photo building being there doesn't help.
