Sure sounds a lot like a wild mouse to me... blegh.

YA it's a wild mouse and most likely the used Wild Mouse form SFKK. this means its an exact close of the Mouse at Funtown. So pointless for all of us in this end of the woods.

The saddest thing is the great escape was supposed to get the wild mouse and we were gonna get a eurofighter

You can't get upset over rumors. there was no real indecation that SFNE was goign to get a euro fighter any more then a GCI woodie. more wishful thinking.

I was hoping TGE woudl get it given it would be a more unique coaster in that are and since they seem to refuse to remove the Nightmare building be a good fit for that building.

That is true that it was just a rumor but the wild mouse would be better for the great escape because it would be replacing another family coaster, theres not already a similar type of coaster in the park (Pandemonium), and a kind of close park (Funtown) added the same exact model of wild mouse 2 years ago

I've been on 3 different Wild Mouse coasters in the past two years and I can't say that I really enjoyed any of them. Hopefully Canobie will take this opportunity to outdo SFNE ten fold and bring a EuroFighter to New England!
Wishful thinking? YES!

mrceagle - September 7, 2010 03:05 AM (GMT)
It is wishful thinking. but woudl be a god move for them

the mouse will end up as a draw for the first year. now attraction daze. after that it will simply be an attraction that gets hit from time to time. no one will talk about it or say to go to the park for it.

Superhero 2007 says otherwise. It was strongly hinted at.

From what i have hear din the past canboie has been paying for their new coaster for a few years. They would have pushed a non compete same as they did with Boston tea party.

looks like Canobie sled another great ride under SFNE's nose.

smartcanobiekid - September 24, 2010 03:53 AM (GMT)
I don't understand why Canobie would pay for a coaster before they even know if they would be permitted by the town to build it and since the town meeting hasn't occured yet, why would they be making payments?

mrceagle - September 24, 2010 11:58 AM (GMT)
Because teh ride is under the the height requirement. there are cards Canobie can play if the town were to try and say know. Also the ride can be installed either predominantly or on a steel platform(portable set up. the portable set up could be installed without permission.

but this is the SFNE mouse thread. Since this coaster is inside the 200ft variance area they will have little to do other then to inform teh city of the addition.

It was moved to the Georgia plan. Trust me on this one.
