before you submit a bug report, please note the verison of the map pack you installed, then of course search the forum for the bug, after you check our current change log, and list of known bugs... a bug report requires the following items in most cases.
1. a log of the actual bug in action, server log is good, but we would prefere pictures of the bugs, just get a site to host them first, and try to limit the file size showing the bug details to about 100 kb. 2. the bug needs to be easily reproduced so we can fix it. 3. please be polite in your words, and use a small sentence discribing how you got the bug to happen, i will have a simple bug report post soon. |

and it has just come to my attention that people get crashing problems, and here is my quickfix for that
 , post the error message here in the code tags, and also put the server name you joined to, so i can see about getting it fixed, if it is a server issue by contacting the servar admins. |
