Just got home with todays fun with Paula and MR and Mrs Goose!
I have over 350+ images to sift thru and post process but here is one of two adults sitting on the rocks across the river from our vantage point at Conowingo |

we did not make it on sat - since everyone said sunday, we left 2 hours later from my brothers because we figured we would be seeing everyone sunday! so we missed the whole gathering that actually took place on Saturday by the time we got to port deposit. It's 7-8 hour drive from southern virginia to Pt Dep if you're lucky
guess we should have stuck to our original plan no matter what |

It was another memorable weekend of eagle watching with fellow cruzers!
Photo opportunities were even better today than yesterday and I am so glad we were able to meet the Harpos at the Dam today. Wish Paula and George could have joined us again today too. Many of the eagles were perched in the trees on the west side of the river when we arrived this morning. Then the action began as the eagles one by one left their perches and flew across the river in search of breakfast. Just like yesterday the eagles were debating who owned what fish and in the end many fish were dropped.
