As you know All Eagles All The Time 2007/2008 is an Archival/History in Videos and Still captures showing the various stages throughout the year in the lives of the Eagles on the Pelican Harbor (PH) Nest ... on Santa Cruz Island ... and the Seal Rocks (SR) Nest ... Two Harbors (TH) Nest and the West End (WE) Nest ... the 3 nests that have cameras ... on Santa Catalina Island.
We also want to follow the events, that are happening on the other nests, on Catalina Island, that the IWS are monitoring .....
Pinnacle Rock (PR) Nest ...*Twin Rocks (TR) Nest .. ... Rattlesnake Canyon (RC) Nest and the Middle Ranch(MR) Nest ... although MR is not yet confirmed as a bonded pair ... for Archival purposes and therefore this thread has been opened.
* A camera was set up on the original Twin Rocks Nest, but the eagles chose to move to another nest and so the original thread opened for this nest ... Twin Rocks Eagle’s Nest 2007/2008, Getting serious about Nestorations ... has been closed and all further events happening on their new nest will be included in this thread.
** Update re the TR Camera - it returned on June 3/08 so the original thread has been re-opened and all the stages from Nestorations to Fledging will be contained in that one thread.
As Steff said in February 27th’s Update ... “It looks like there will be at least 7 nests on Catalina this year .. and hopefully lots of successful hatches. Five of the nests will keep their own eggs.”
We will be posting the links to the Catalina Updates, written by Dr. Peter Sharpe and Steffani Jijon ... along with the photos taken by Steffani ... so that members can easily access them.
Who is who at what nest? ..... I do have the nests that are 'on cam' on my signature ... but will list all the nests here too, for when my signature changes at the end of the season.
