He'll make some every now and then, but it's mostly to get something out of them--money, services, food, shelter--never really does he bother trying to keep them, since he knows once those pesky sheriffs come at his trail, he'll just have to run away again and end up where he started.He's a friendly enough fellow if approached the right way, though, and he's not one to turn down a drinking buddy.So that means you got some enemies?Most definitely. Because James can be quite the snappy guy, he tends to get on people's bad sides quite easily because of his loud mouth, but he won't just randomly quip at anyone. Just those who do anything to particularly tick him off, or those who are just too forward with him and try to get something out of him. Due to his history with the law, Jim's not scared to pull a gun, be it first, or be it in response to anything.Well what about that special someone?Oh, James is quite the lover boy. He's a huge flirt, and isn't scared to make his interest known. He adjusts his approach according to the person--person, meaning, the man's affections aren't exclusive to the ladies. He's definitely a player, and a one-night stand kind of guy, and even if he's not chasing someone, a little money off to the side will get you a night with him. Obviously, this points to the fact that Jim is not one for a relationship. He's a wild thing that doesn't ever want to be tied down, and the idea of being monogamous honestly scares him to death. anyway, HI! I think Jim is a brilliant and hilarious character, and as soon as I read your plot page, I was like OH HECKLES YES. So I'll get to the point now then xD

Jeanine here is 26, has lived in BCB for a few years now, and is the singer/entertainer at the saloon. She's quirky, outgoing, vibrant and feisty - a combination necessary to deal with drunken men staring at her assets instead of listening to her music every night xD Anyway, she has a bit of a flirting problem despite the fact that she is engaged to be married to the town sheriff...LOL. So I think if Jim ever wandered into the saloon - which it sounds like he would, given his liking for grog that you mentioned above - she would immediately be intrigued by him. She's a sucker for a new and handsome face ;D I'd love to see these two flirt, banter and drink together, I think it would be hysterical! Total thread material.

MASON & JIM!

Mason is a fiery, horny degenerate who does what he wants whenever he pleases. He's spent years traveling from town to town and running amuck to the point he has to flee to the next. He's a fun loving kind of guy in every sense of the phrase and just adores pestering the goody-goodies in town. He's a younger man with a life full of mischief and crimes awaiting him, though he's been hiding low from BCB for a little while due to hitting on Daniel Helm (A very well liked citizen in BCB) and trying to kill him.

Besides that minor set back I think that Jim and he have chances of being good buddies if he's willing and wanting to cause all sorts of trouble with Mason. From drunken shenanigans at the saloon or the occasional fling just because they're bored- I think they could be quite the team. :)
