Looking for Posse member(s), Brother/Best Friend, and possibly a lover?

Now I'm not one to make things fancy, so I'll cut straight to the chase; I need my posse members, or whoever actually survived long enough to make it here. I also find myself in need of someone who is either a) my brother, by whatever circumstances you seem fit, or a man/woman that has been my lifelong friend, whom I see as a sibling; and to top it all off, young Charlie here is getting lonely, I'm interested in someone who can provide a complicated romance, but all that being said, here are a few specifics, as well as details:

The Posse- There were actually 15 men to begin with, but that was quite a few years ago, and I don't expect anywhere near that many to still survive, so only one would really do, and I can try to forge the NPC henchmen from the ashes of this gangs former glory. Basic outlines include.. uhh, having a gratuitous hatred for men of the law, and all things having to do with justice, that is unless it's the justice of a finely crafted six-shooter. The sky is the limit, a broken man/woman with regret for what they did, a trigger-happy outlaw like myself, whatever you see fit.

The Brother/Sister/Best Friend- They'd have to be somewhat like myself, or at least have several traits in common seeing as they would have grown up together. They'd be brash, adventurous, but friendly and warm towards Charlie, in a complicated, sarcasm-soaked, dark sort of way. Good with a gun, and better with words; but like I said earlier, I'm up for anything, surprise me.

The Romance- Umm.. yeah, keep me interested and surprised. It'd have to be a fiery woman, capable of holding her own; maybe likes to drink, good with a gun, charming, blah, blah, blah. I'm easy to please.

OH! And I could really go for having a rival/nemesis, the only requirement would be.. a man or the law I suppose, and it'd only make sense that the man or woman was sort of on the opposite end of the moral spectrum. Someone who Charlie just can't kill, someone resilient and ambitious.

I offer you Gabriel as a rival. Being that in the near future he is going to become a U.S. Marshal and is a former outlaw himself. He is a man looking for redemption for the atrocities that he has committed in the past. So maybe they would know each other from his time as an outlaw. Let me know what you think.

Davion Murphy is a US Federal Marshal out of Linden County Texas and won't stand for lawless heathens in his town where his wife and kid live. His wife I would have offered as a lover or posse member lol it would have been perfect (former outlaw) buuuuuut. I really have no one that could be a posse member =/ I hope ya find some. But Davion is a steadfast, determined man and he'll run an outlaw till their horse falls over dead, he's done it before and though he's older now, he is more than capable of doing it again.

Well seeing as I'm looking for someone that could be my rival for quite some time (age wise, and realistically of course) I'm gonna have to accept Gabriel, but seeing as Davion is already a man of the law, I'm assuming it wouldn't be impossible to imagine showdowns between all three of them, or rather them and myself so that way the sides are drawn. So that's all I have to say about that, I'll take Gabriel as my rival, and Davion, if it could at all be worked out, I don't mind having that much to worry about. I mean.. Charlie is an outlaw born and bread, it's not too far off to imagine multiple marshalls wanting the reward on his head.

And right now I'm thinking Charlie here needs a job. He's not causing a problem with anyone yet, and plans on spending 5-6 months learning about this town before he even thinks of robbing people. Anything at all would be nice.
