Nah, I tried the Beta but didn't like it. I'm holding out on shooters until MAG. I'm getting that bad boy. Mmmm 256 men--people, how much better can it get? I have a feeling it'll turn into the next Duke Nukem.

The next PS3 game I'm getting is most likely Street Fighter IV and that's not even dated!

If they can actually pull off MAG even I wouldnt be able to sit out on that.

Yeah, I learned that while browsing through SOCOM boards. Apparently SOCOM wasn't developed by the previous SOCOM developers and those developers are making MAG. Not that it means anything to me. I never played PS2 SOCOM games. I only played PS3 Socom Beta.

On a side note, Sloth = 0.85 KDR or worse. I started out and maintained 0.5 KDR for a while. I've been getting positive KDR for the longest time and I finally got to 0.87 KDR... Guess what!? Stuns count too! I stun a hell of a lot more than I get stunned, but I trained for Narc 3 (Took like 720-750 Stuns) and counting stuns. My ratio is back to 0.75ish. GG :'-(


I heard Dead Space is awesome. I would rent it, but damn... Did you see the rental costs for games? They're like $7 for 5 days. I remember how they used to be less than $5 for 7 days. The numbers got reversed. >_>

It sucks how I'm not interested in any of the soon to be released titles.

Fallout 3 - Not my type of game. At all.
LBP - I didn't like the BETA. It was so hard to get in too.
Dead Space - Not a fan of scary games/movies. I want to try it though. It's just rental costs are too much and I'm focusing on getting a HD Monitor first.
Resistance 2 - I didn't like Resistance 1 Demo.


So basically, I'm literally stuck with only SF 4 to look forward to. >___>

GameFly is indeed awesome! Since I have a family member working at BestBuy, what if would cost someone to rent out one game, I get two! ^^

Only good fighting games are based off anime and RPGs rock. Shooters are great and horror games like Resident Evil are the shiz.

Your MGO KD ratio is also quite low...

MGO is my first online shooter, what did you expect!? I do well in normal games, but I like to join Knife Rooms/CQC rooms/Sniper Rooms/Level 8 rooms, etc for variety. I get positive ratio in games now, so I'm happy.


Anime games are great because I'm an anime fanboy. I want an Ippo game on PS3! I love how the Naruto on PS3 doesn't have Online. This gen = Online gen, baby!

Except it seems, for fighting games at least, developers cut content and stick online in the game. I would rather have a good solid offline game with content than a game that is only about playing online. Well, for fighting games anyway.
