 Re-register My License Key

Hi,

Same problem. I just changed my laptop and so the key is unefficient.

Could you please let me know the process to reactivate it?

Hello Dom,

You have to do the same procedure the first time you installed it;
1. Download the phone remote control to install to your PC
2. 'Click' the tab Purchase
3. 'Click' the button Register Manually
4. Enter the key provided to you when you purchased the software
5. You should be connected to the internet to have a succesful product registration
6. You can do the installation for a maximum of 2 times

I have been asking several times already.....

Is the disk cleanup and defrag causing license erasure???

The licence get erased during a OS reinstallation. Doing a defrag or disk clean up will not affect it.

In the next version we are working on we will add the posibility to unregister. With this added a user will be able to move the registration between computers.

Each purchase is valid for two registration. The second registration shall be used if the computer suddenly crash and the original registration is lost.

I hope this answer your questions.

Appreciate the reply. Although it took so long, it is much better receiving it. The feeling of talking to a blank wall is erased.

Does it mean I can get my lost license back?

Thanks for your answer but it doesn't run because, I think, before changing my PC, my firm did a format/reinstall, and after change my laptop.
So it is the third time I re-install PC remote...

Is it possible to reactivate my account?

Other thing, I have now a black berry, is there any information to use PC remote with blackberry because it seems to be difficult to close the application for example...

Hello Dom,

Sad to say that we have only a maximum of 2 installations with one license. There is no utility to uninstall for transfetr to a replacement hard disk. Last message I got from the administrator is that Blueshareware is working on this. So, when this happened to me, I bought another license.

Let us wait and see an update from Blueshareware on license recovery. Meanwhile, I need it badly and resorted to buying another license. Anyway, it is not that expensive but a matter of principle of not loosing something that is not your negligence.

There should be no problem running the phone remote on a Blackberry. I am using a Blackberry Storm and I have no problem.

Hello:

I had to reinstall my OS notebook due to a hard disk replacement.
I installed phone remote control but I am not able to use it. It says that the product registration failed because it has already been registered on another computer. I have read the forum and says that for now the only way to solve this problem is to issue a new registration key. Would you mind sending me a new one?
