Hello!

I want to purchase the remote control 4.0 and I used the purchasing-function within the program but it does not work.

I put in my credit card number (visa) and push the button "submit", but then I get an error:

(error = 0044:9378)


Why? My credit card is valid. Normally there shouldn´t be any problems.

What can I do? I need the program very soon for an exam-presentation..
