Title: Download Brc 4.0 Rc1 Beta2
BluetoothShareware - May 13, 2008 10:54 PM (GMT)
4.0 RC1 beta2 has been released!
- Response time improvements for the more button in phone client 4.0
- Error: Phone could not reconnect on some new Toshiba Bluetooth stack versions.
- Error: WinAMP could not be launched using the phone client 4.0
- Minor not critical bug corrections
(We are still not happy with the response time for the Itune script in client 4.0. This will be addressed in the next version)

I am still experiencing the same problem - "Security - Java -permission denied - with V4.0 RC1 Beta2 released on May 13 on my Nokia 6555??
Also under Options -> Applications Access -> Add and Edit data -> Not Allowed??????

This is not a problem with the application itself. And you should have the same issue with the 3.0 version.
Some operators limits the possibility to run java applications not purchased from the operator channels. Another possiblity could of course be a bug in your phone.

Hey, I've recently purchased the software and love it, but have a problem;
I have a dual monitor display, which stretches the desktop over both displays.
The software does not like viewing my 2nd monitor at all, and if i scroll from the first onto the second, it no longer updates the view and prevents me from seeing it. If i start the mouse pointer remote when my mouse is already on the 2nd monitor the application on my phone will stop working and i have to reconnect.

We have never tried BRC and the mouse controller with two monitors so clearly this use case is not supported.
BRC has been out ~3 years and your are the first to bring this up so unfortunally we will prioritze other features instead e.g. WLAN support. I hope you can understand this.
Thank you for the feedback! Are you using the 4.0 or the 3.0 phone client?

No problem, i understand.
I'm using version 4.
For my sake, how would i write a script to make the mouse pointer move to the center of the first screen (or 600x600 pixels from the top left). I could run this script before i try and use the main mouse application to ensure it doesn't crash.
Thanks!
PS. Thanks for the fast responce

You can control the mouse with the API SendMessage (BRC.SendMessage(...,...,...,...)) Please take a look in the script guide.
But that function requires you to know the handle to the window receiving the message. In you case you do not know that window so I am a little bit unsure how you should proceed.
