First time i've tried using LockItNow and I'm stuck.

I've downloaded the application from the website, installed it, rebooted but I'm missing something..

Shouldn't there be application on the phone or something?

Plugged phone in via ActiveSync during initial setup but nothing happened.. nothing got installed to my phone etc.

What am I missing please?

No soft on the phone necessary.
Just the detection of the PRESENCE of the phone is enough.
