IMPORTANT EDIT: This only applies to NPCs that have large parts in RPs.

Stats

This is basically how stats are weighed. Clearly the higher the points the more they become worth. A 5 point increased to 10 points doesn't add much, but 100 points increased to 105 points would add over 10 times the power as the original 5 point increase.

Strength: These mean with physical attacks, not with magic.
5 points - Can destroy a large mansion
10 points - Can destroy a mountain
50 points - Can destroy a massive city
100 points - Can destroy a large nation
250 points - Can destroy a large chunk of a planet
500 points - Can take out a whole planet
750 points - Can destroy small solar system
1000+ points - Can destroy an entire dimensional plane or more

Magic: This is for magical attacks and nothing else.
5 points - Can destroy a small town
10 points - Can destroy a city
50 points - Can destroy an area the span of the Atlantic Ocean
100 points - Can destroy a planet
250 points - Can destroy a cluster of planets
500 points - Can take out a large solar system
750 points - Can destroy a dimensional plane
1000+ points - Can destroy an entire dimension or more than one

Skill: Shows how skilled with a weapon or without a weapon your character is.
5 points - Can defeat a five-man troop of swordsmen
10 points - Can easily assassinate a well-guarded official
50 points - Can take on an army of about 2,000
100 points - Can take a massive castle full of siege equipment and up to 3,000 men
250 points - Can take on an entire country
500 points - Can easily conquer a continent's worth of armed people
750 points - Can win against billions of armed soldiers
1000+ points - Can defeat over 10 billion or more armed and trained men at once.

Speed: How fast your character can move.
5 points - Can move at about 30mph
10 points - Can move at 60mph
50 points - Can move as fast as a slower bullet train (about 170mph)
100 points - Can break the sound barrier
250 points - Can move around Earth in ten minutes
500 points - Can break light speed
750 points - Can hit 10x light speed
1000+ points - Can hit 20x light speed or more

Defense: How much the character's armor can defend him/her
5 points - Can defend a sword slash
10 points - Can defend against a hail of arrows from 10 yards away.
50 points - Can take up to 10 shots from a shotgun
100 points - Can take over 50,000 pounds of weight or pressure
250 points - Can block enchanted weapons and high power magic
500 points - Can withstand over 300,000 pounds of weight or pressure
750 points - Can withstand over 1,800,000 pounds of weight or pressure
1000+ points - Can take up to 8,000,000 pounds of pressure or more

Endurance: How long your character can fight when under strain
5 points - Can fight at max level for about 10 minutes
10 points - Can fight at max level for about a half hour
50 points - Can fight at max level for about an hour
100 points - Can fight at max level for about 5 hours
250 points - Can fight at max level for about 14 hours
500 points - Can fight at max level for about a day
750 points - Can fight at max level for about 3 days
1000+ points - Can fight at max level for a week or more

*Intelligence: The mental capacity of your character
5 points - Can logically think in a minor combat situation
10 points - Can form a small but effective strategy when given a short break
50 points - Can think up a good strategy very quickly during action
100 points - Can come up with an elaborate plan in a snap while in the middle of chaos.
250 points - Can think up a flawless strategy within a blink no matter the action he/she is in
500 points - Can think up a flawless strategy within a millisecond while sufficiently wounded
750 points - Can form a flawless plan in a nanosecond while badly wounded and in action
1000+ points - Can come up with a flawless strategy in less than a picosecond in any situation

*Note that the difference between coming up with a flawless strategy in less than a nanosecond and a picosecond is much more significant than it seems. A picosecond is 1,000 times shorter than a nanosecond. Though most people would think that nothing can happen within that amount of time so there is no difference, they don't take into consideration the speed that the battle is going. When characters are moving at lightspeed and higher, there is a massive need for a quick plan. Even though nothing could really happen within a picosecond normally, it's actually a good amount of time when moving at such high speeds that it's a massive advantage to be able to think 1,000 times faster.

Remember that when all of your stats are taken into consideration it is ALL of the descriptions above for whatever stat points you have and not only one at a time.
