Takes place six months after Love Me. Jason and Claudia got married after Emilia was born. She is now a year old. Claudia changed dramatically after Emmie was born. She now gets along with both Carly and Olivia. She tries hard for Emmie and even asked CarLiv to be Emmie’s godmothers.
When it came out that CarLiv was dating, Olivia took Carly to Bensonhurst to meet her family. They were supportive of Olivia’s decision as well was Carly’s family. Dante knows that Sonny is his father and they have formed a special father/son bond. Sonny was completely shocked to find out that his ex-girlfriend and ex-wife started dating. Jax and Carly have an amicable friendship. The same can’t be said for her and Kate, though. Kate and Jax’s twins are seven months old.

Carly woke up and smiled when she saw Olivia in the bed next to her. She began to kiss Olivia’s neck as she woke up.
“This is the most perfect way to wake up,” Olivia said, exposing more of her neck to Carly. “But we can’t do this right now.”
“Do you really want to plan a whole day for us?” Carly asked as her hand slid lower over Olivia’s body.
“It will be worth it, I promise,” Olivia said, sliding out from under the covers. “I have some errands to run and then we have the whole day together.”
Olivia walked towards the shower as Carly laid back in bed.

Jewelry Store
“Hi Steve, is it ready?” Olivia asked the jewelry store owner.
“Its right here, Ms. Falconeri. What do you think?” Steve asked as he handed Olivia a little box. Olivia opened it and smiled.
“Its perfect. Thank you so much.” Olivia smiled.

- Olivia’s apartment
Olivia had just finished setting the table when there was a knock on the door. She walked over and opened it, letting Carly in.
“Hi,” Carly smiled as she kissed Olivia.
“I told you that you didn’t have to knock anymore,” Olivia said as she shut the door behind Carly.
“I know, but I didn’t want to ruin some big surprise that you might have set up. Anyways, what do you have planned for tonight?” Carly asked.
“Dinner and wine and some other surprises,” Olivia said as she pulled Carly to her and kissed her neck.
“Other surprises sound good,” Carly said as she arched her body into Olivia’s.
“Dinner’s first though,” Olivia said, pulling away.

“What’s next?” Carly asked as she finished the rest of her wine and stood up from the table.
“I don’t know. What can you think of?” Olivia asked as she put on some music. Carly smiled and walked over to Olivia. She wrapped her arms around Olivia’s waist and they began to sway to the music.
“I’ve waited my whole life for the person who makes me feel the way that you do. I don’t ever want to spend one minute without you,” Olivia said as she looked deep into Carly’s eyes.
“Liv, I love you more than I have ever loved anyone. I don’t know what I would’ve done if I didn’t have you to help me through one of the toughest times of my life. I can honestly say that you are my best friend,” Carly explained.
“Can you promise me something?” Olivia asked.
“What?”
“Will you promise to spend the rest of your life with me?” Olivia asked as she pulled the little box out of her pocket and opened it. Carly gasped as she looked at the ring inside. Tears filled her eyes as she looked at Olivia.
“Liv, I would love to spend the rest of my life with you,” Carly said as she smiled through the tears. Olivia smiled back as she took out the ring and slid it onto Carly’s finger.
“It’s beautiful,” Carly said.
“I love you so much,” Olivia said as she put her hands on either side of Carly’s face.
“I love you, too,” Carly said before leaning in and pushing her lips to Olivia’s.

-3 months later
Olivia and Carly wasted no time in getting married. Two weeks after they were married, they took a road trip to Connecticut to get married legally. They came back and planned a commitment ceremony for their family.
"Did you write down all of the people who you want to send invitations to?" Olivia asked as Carly sat down next to her on the couch.
"It's just my family. I really don't have any friends here except for Jason," Carly said.
"You have me," Olivia said as she leaned into Carly.
"Yeah, and your stuck with me forever," Carly smiled back.
"You know that as soon as we get these last few kinks worked out, our ceremony will just be around the corner," Olivia said.
"Speaking of which, I called the caterer today and everything is right on schedule."
"That's great. Did you ever figure out who you want as your matron of honor?" Olivia asked.
"I was thinking about asking my cousin Lulu. You?"
"I'm going to ask my cousin Lina. She's coming up here for the ceremony," Olivia said.
"Speaking of cousins, do you want to invite Kate?" Carly asked.
"I wasn't going to invite her because of you. She'll end up bringing Jax and the twins. I didn't want to upset you."
"You can invite them. I am happy with my life. Jax and I need to put our past behind us. We've moved on and we can be in the same room without feeling hostility towards each other. Thank you though for thinking about my feelings."
"I love you and your feelings will always matter to me," Olivia said as she ran her hand along Carly's neck.
"I love you, too."

Carly turned as she looked at the dress from all angles.
"Sweetie, you look so beautiful," Bobbie told her daughter.
"I can't wait to say my vows to Olivia in front of our families. Our ceremony in Connecticut was perfect, but we had no family there," Carly said as she turned around to face Bobbie.
"Hey," Lulu said as she walked in.
"So?" Carly asked.
"Olivia looks amazing and she is just as excited as you are," Lulu told her.

Olivia turned around as the door opened.
"Let me help you," Olivia said as she took a carrier from Kate.
"Thanks," Kate said as she walked in and set the other one down.
"Thank you for coming," Olivia said as she hugged her cousin.
"You're welcome. Carly isn't one of my favorite people, but I can see that she makes you happy. Besides, Ava and Joel wanted to see their cousin Olivia," Kate said.
"They are so beautiful," Olivia said as she looked at the twins. "How's motherhood?"
"It's amazing. When I am at work, I can't wait to get home to them. Are you and Carly thinking about having kids?" Kate asked.
"We haven't really talked about it. I don't want to bring anything up that would upset Carly. If Carly wants a baby, then I would do anything to make that possible. Those three miscarriages really got to her," Olivia said.
"I am really sorry for that. I never meant for things with Jax to go as far as they did. I would go back in time and change everything if I could, but I have a family now. I didn't realize I wanted children until it had already happened. I am truly sorry for Carly."
"I'm not the one you should be apologizing to. My wife lost a child and while she was at home grieving, Jax was out screwing you. That really shows how sorry you are. I hope that you are happy with your little family," Olivia said as she turned away from Kate.
"I came here to support you. I am truly happy that you found the person who you want to spend your life with. Tell Carly that I am happy for her. I’ll go get Jax and we will leave," Kate said, picking up the twins' carriers.
"Connie, you don't have to leave. I'm sorry, I just can't imagine how hard it was for Carly," Olivia said, turning back around.
"I can't imagine it either. Think of it this way, if Carly never left Jax, she wouldn't be with you. As from what I can tell, Carly is much happier with you that she ever was with Jax," Kate said before leaving.

"Are you ready?" Michael asked his mom as he walked into the room.
"Yeah, someone should go see if Olivia's ready," Carly said.
"Dante's there right now. I think she's ready, too," Michael said.
"Is it weird that I am more nervous now than I was in Connecticut?" Carly asked.
"Everything will be alright. You two are already married. Nothing will go wrong," Bobbie said, walking out in front of them. "I'm going to go and get my seat."
"Morgan's got the rings, right?" Carly asked.
"Yes, mom. Everything is ready. The only thing missing is you and Olivia."
"Are you sure Olivia is ready?"
"Yes, Olivia is ready. Are you?" Michael asked.
"Yeah, I'm ready," Carly said, smoothing the front of her dress. "Let's go."

"Ma, you look beautiful," Dante said as he smiled at his mom.
"Is it that time already?" Olivia asked.
"Yeah, are you thinking about backing out?"
"No, its not like we aren't already married. I'm just a little nervous," Olivia said.
"From what Michael told me, Carly's pretty nervous also. He is going to get her right now," Dante told his mother.
"I guess we should go now," Olivia smiled. Dante offered her his arm and they walked out.

The Metro Court ballroom was set up beautifully. The main aisle branched out into two side aisles. One went behind the left side of guests and the other went behind the right. Carly stood at the end of the left side aisle and looked down to the other side.
"Mom, calm down. She's coming," Michael said as he patted Carly's arm. Olivia walked up and could see Carly at the other end.
The music started and they walked towards each other. They met at the beginning of the main aisle and took each others hand. They turned and watched as Michael and Dante walked up the aisle and stood on their respective side. They smiled at Morgan who stood next to Michael with the rings. They began their walk up the aisle towards the preacher.

"You two look so beautiful together," Bobbie said as she hugged both Carly and Olivia. The elevator dinged and Sonny stepped into the Metro Court restaurant.
"Are you ready for this?" Olivia asked Carly.
"Yeah," Carly smiled and held Olivia's hand.
"Congratulations you two," Sonny told them.
"Thank you. How are you doing since you found out that Claudia's baby wasn't yours?" Carly asked.
"I'm fine. I have to admit that I was a little disappointed," Sonny said as he looked over to where Jason and Claudia were playing with baby Emilia.
"Its understandable. We both wish the best for you," Olivia told him.
"Thanks and the same to you," Sonny said before turning and leaving as Jason, Claudia, and Morgan walked up.
"Hey guys," Carly smiled at them.
"Hi mom, hi Olivia," Morgan said.
"Are you guys having a good time?" Olivia asked them.
"Yeah, that ceremony was just beautiful," Claudia said as she adjusted Emilia on her hip. Emilia reached for Carly.
"I think Emmie wants her Aunt Carly," Claudia said, handing Emmie to Carly.
"Thank you guys for coming," Olivia told them.
"We wouldn't miss it for the world. We need to get home and get Emmie to bed before she gets any more cranky," Jason said.
"Okay, we will see you later," Carly said, handing Emmie back to her mother.
"You ready Morgan?" Claudia asked.
"Bye mom, bye Olivia," Morgan said and followed Jason and Claudia out.
"Do you want to get out of here?" Olivia asked, turning to Carly.
"I thought you'd never ask," Carly smiled and kissed Olivia
