-Due to the excess electricity bouncing inside him, this leads to frequent muscle spasms or "twitches" around his eyes. The nerves in his fingers are nonexistent, therefore he has no sense of touch.

OVERALL PERSONALITY

Livewire’s human personality was derived from listening to the Tv and radio. Outwardly he seems to be an okay guy. Extroverted, and a decent conversationalist with a good sense of humor, sometimes his humor is the raw truth, but he speaks his mind Sometimes known for saying the 'painful truth'. However even when he appears self-controlled and calm there is a seething intensity of emotional energy under the placid exterior. A likable person in general. The only people that might not get along with him are people that live by a daily agenda with a highly structured, organized life. He is prone to running late.

However beneath the human facade he views everyone in a very simple way of being either predator or prey. He only is capable of working with a new person if it benefits him in some way or if he views them as a competing predator. He likes to be aware of a situation and always know what's going on, He is very capable of hiding his true feelings and motivations, and often has ulterior motives or hidden agendas of his own. He is very weary about truly trusting anyone, a person needs to gain their trust and this gets built up over time

An Odd Character trait is his inability to feel fear. Even in situations where he is clearly outnumbered or out matched he doesn’t feel fear. Tending to laugh even in the most dangerous situations, it is speculated that this comes from his eel genetics, being an apex level predator the eel is rarely in danger. Also stemming from that side of his genetics his complete apathy toward killing and death.

He also has a pathological love for sushi...but that's kind of minor compared to the whole...killing thing.

OVERALL HISTORY

To put it simply, Livewire was created for corporate sabotage. What better way to get the edge on a corporation than to have a seemingly normal person walk in and then wipe the computer files by shooting a low level EMP burst at it? From the day he was created Livewire was not an experiment, a project, or even a well taken care of splice. He was a tool and nothing more. He didn’t mind the dank and dark cage he was put in because it felt a lot like the natural habitat that his animal DNA was used to. He occasionally gave some of the scientist the creeps because he appeared almost completely human, except for the twitching. Also the fact that his eyes seemed always so…hungry.

However, they soon realized the mistake of their creation when on a dry run, he ran into a pair of security guards and proceeded to choke them and electrocute them to death. The incident was covered up, however when they asked him why he did it, he only shrugged and said “ They were trying to stop me from leaving.”

He was locked away, however that was a bad idea. They didn’t know that Livewire viewed them all as prey, only following them because they provided him with something. Now that that was gone, he had no reason to stay. When they came to feed him the next day, he made his escape. He left behind him a body count of at least 5 and hospitalized another 3.

Once he was free in the outside he took refuge in a basement of an apartment complex. In his hiding space he could hear the Tv’s and radio’s above him. He stayed there for at least six months, learning from the Tv how humans interacted. He reasoned that he would need to survive by learning how mimic those around him to blend in.

Sometime after that he emerged, he stole a pair of sunglasses and used that to cover up his eye twitching. Discovering that being around electronics seemed to soothe him and cut down on his twitches he took a job working the afternoon to evening shift at a local arcade.

His badge read Troy Pinier, to everyone that knew him he was a photographer for the Neo Gotham Chronicle. However the real Troy Pinier's body was still down in the sewer grate that Omega had put him in. It had been the most useful disguise at the time, the reporter was known for being on the silent side,and it was perfect access to this little event.

Omega cared little for the biological and their need to accolade themselves with pointless ceremonies. However, he was not here for that. He was here for the one called Luthor. Not an impressive biological by his standards but his intelligence was at least at a high enough level to be interesting. Also his companies technology might prove useful to his plans. So as he walked around and pretended to snap pictures, his holographic emitter took in as much info as it could. How luthor behaved, walked, and sounded. After all what better way to break into a company than disguising oneself as it's CEO?

However, it was interrupted by the power going out. It meant nothing for him, he could see on multiple levels and as the masked figures entered the room, it took his processor a few minutes to recognize that they were robots.

Brainless hive minded robots but robots none the less. He gauged the rescue response at 20 minutes. His holographic emitter kept making the facial expressions akin to terror as he held up his hands and moved with the rest. However, he accessed the robots processors using his wireless feed.

Hmm interesting, however that little tidbit would be saved for later use.

Command function override he beamed back to the robot humanoids.Luthor may have done decent work, but his firewalls were laughable, typical human arrogance.

New objective?

Objective: Terminate humans, begin with the oldest and work your way down to the youngest. Do not top until all biological life has been terminated or you have been terminated Confirm command.

Command Cofirmed.

The robots then turned still acting under their human guise and began firing upon the crowd. To maintain his cover he ducked down and his hologram simulators made a panicked look upon his face. He estimated with these new program the rescue response had been bumped up to 10 minutes with added collateral damage.

Yes this experiment was so much better. Now to watch the show.
