Dear Curious,
Thank you for writing to the Auntie Lem help column of the Sunday paper. (jk. I'm a goof.) I'm no admin, but as for your questions, it is my understanding that, yes, there are still educational systems like now granted that the subjects and classes are apropos to a technology-advanced year 2050. For question number two, I think why not? There are Replicants who honest-to-goodness think they are human beings, so a rogue Replicant hiding away as a student shouldn't be a problem, I wouldn't think. As for the app, you really just ramble. (; Answer all of the questions that are important in other apps, just minus the questions. You can really do whatever you want: A mish-mash of third-person interviews of people about your character, a first-person account of their life, various journal entries/letters/recordings/etc-- take a look at the admins' apps if I make no sense. (;
Here,
here, and
here. Personally, for my app of Rudolph here, I used a written document, a recording, a letter, and a third person (Rudy's POV) account to describe him. You don't have to do an extensive biography, nor does it have to be an FAQ about them-- although you could do those if you really want to. Honestly, you just do whatever you want. As long as you adequately explain/characterize your character, you're golden.
Again, I'm not an admin, so whatever they say goes if I'm wrong. (; Just didn't want to leave you hangin' so I provided my thoughts for your answers. <3
