Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix + has officially recieved a U.S. Release Date
Release Date:01/01/2008 ESRB Rating: Rating Pending Genre: RPG Publisher: Square Enix USA Developer: Square Enix Here is the news straight from www.1up.com: http://www.1up.com/do/gameOverview?cId=3153883 Also, here is other news regarding KH2 FM +: More Kingdom Hearts in 2007 Tetsuya Nomura promises 'multiple projects' revealed next year. By Patrick Klepek, 12/20/2006 More Kingdom Hearts games are a no brainer; they've been exceedingly successful for both Disney and Square Enix, so why stop the gravy train now? The combination is a license to print money, so there's almost no shock in Tetsuya Nomura telling Famitsu (thanks, IGN) that gamers should expect announcements concerning multiple Kingdom Hearts-related projects in 2007. A full-fledged Kingdom Hearts sequel has not been announced for any platform yet; at this point, it could end up on PlayStation 3, Wii or Xbox 360 -- or an undetermined combination of all three. Handheld installments are almost assuredly in the works, as well, and a feature film, whether theatrically released or straight-to-DVD, seems a shoe-in. One way or the other, we'll have to wait for now, but can you imagine the response if Square Enix decided Nintendo DS was the destination platform for Kingdom Hearts 3, ala Dragon Quest IX? Oh, my. --1up Here is some news about the KH Prequels coming to hand-held systems: Quartermann: Kingdom Hearts Prequels Coming Plus, doesn't Okami Wii make sense? Yes, yes it does. By 1UP Staff, 08/28/2007 Square Enix has been awful silent about the Kingdom Hearts franchise, but that doesn't mean it's gone and forgotten. To the contrary, in the latest issue of EGM -- hitting shelves September 4 -- Quartermann is abuzz about a series of prequels currently in-the-works for a number of consoles and handhelds. Think along the same lines as what's happened with Final Fantasy VII -- let's just hope the games are better this time. Quartermann also contends another popular rumor still has life in it: Okami on Wii. Capcom is already working on an upgraded port of the overlooked Zelda-style adventure, complete with Wiimote support. Oh, and one last tidbit for comic book kids. Were you worried the botched Batman Begins game meant that Batman in Lego form would be your only outlet for catching criminals in Gotham City? Fear not, as a popular studio is currently working on an open-ended (think Grand Theft Auto) take on the caped crusader. --1up Here is the Intro to KH 2 FM+---Possibly the U.S. Release Version?: http://www.gamevideos.com/video/id/10563 ________________________________________________ There is the update for tonight, in the Video Game section. -------------------- |

Hello Again, and welcome to another edition of Video Game News.
I would like to take a brief moment to go back to KH 2 Final Mix + Here is a special video: Kingdom hearts re:chain of memories opening (special) http://youtube.com/watch?v=Lqt1v6y3jP0 _______________________________________________________________________ The PS2 .Hack G.U. Franchise has come to an end. But, maybe not the end of the .Hack series entirely. It is rumored that their is another .Hack game in the works for the PS3, although, it has no official name yet, it is sure to create a buzz within the .Hack Fandom Community. Also in the works is a movie called: .Hack G.U. Trilogy in which it centers around the main characters from the game but, it is not a game. It is a 86 minute CGI Movie, and the CGI is reportedly beyond that of what the PS2 is capable of. Be ready. _____________________________________________________________________ In other Game News......Ar Tonelico 2 has officially received a U.S. Release date. So, be ready for the release of the second installment early next year. With great titles coming out for all systems, gamers are to have one hell of a year. ____________________________________________________________________ That it is for today's Video Game News. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------- |

Final Fantasy 13 Information -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Game: Final Fantasy 13 Developer: Square Enix Publisher: Square Enix Genre: RPG Medium: Blu-ray Disc Platform: Playstation 3 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Final Fantasy 13 Release Date -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Japan: 2007? USA: N/A Europe: N/A -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Final Fantasy 13 is the kind of impressive game that is expected from Square Enix. After watching the trailer, I dare to say that this has the potential to be the greatest RPG in production. From the trailer, it can be seen that the main character of Final Fantasy 13 is a girl who wields a gun that can be transformed into a blade. The trailer also shows that unlike the previous Final Fantasy series, Final Fantasy 13 will be more action-oriented. Player will be able to move the heroine around the field during battle and the battle menu will be real-time, similar to the one in Final Fantasy 11 and 12. The graphics is top-notch too, showing the kind of standard that PlayStation 3 is able to deliver. I personally can't see the difference between pre-rendered and real-time scene anymore, their quality is too similar from what the trailer has shown. link to artical: http://www.ffinsider.net/final-fantasy-13/...-fantasy-13.php --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Thanks for this info goes to Itachi. -------------------- |
