If you're new, we'd like to know you. So, to get to know you, it would be appreciated if you gave us the following information:
  • Name (duh) (like username, duh)
  • Age (optional)
  • Where you live (optional)
  • What kind of writing do you like to do
  • Favorite book
  • Favorite author
  • Other interests
  • Places you've been to (optional)
  • Grade
Of course, this is all optional, you don't have to say EVERYTHING listed, but, you know, it'd be nice.

Welcome and happy posting!

That would be nineth grade in the US, which is where Gravity and I are from. In fact, we live about five minutes away from each other - if you drive. Biking, it's about half an hour to forty-five minutes, depending on which way you come. The shorter way takes much longer because there are a lot of steep hills which you don't notice when you're in a car. However, they are absolutely brutal on a bike.

I'm going to visit Ireland this summer, and we're stopping for I think three hours on the way there, and thirteen on the way back. We're going to a castle near Heathrow Airport during those thirteen hours, and then hopping back on the plane. I can't remember the castle's name.

I think all of my favorite authors are British... let's see... JK Rowling, Tolkien, Jane Austen - yeah, they are. And most of them are dead. I would really hope Jane Austen was, otherwise that would make her 132 years old.

I don't really like Cornellia Funke. Most of her books are the kind of books that I read if I just can't fall asleep. Although I did really like Dragon Rider, or whatever that book was called. When I got it out of the library, someone had left this really neat bookmark in it - it was a red plastic one that had a rectangular hole in one side so that you can be specific enough to keep your spot to the line that you were on. It's cool.

Well, anyway, welcome!

Haldo and Welcome, Lykaios!

I really liked The Theif Lord. It was really fascinating, and a lot of fun.

My older sister paints and my younger sister is something of a photographer, and you just gave me a great idea.

I hope that you enjoy your stay!

I really didn't like the Theif Lord. I found it incredibley boring and I couldn't get into it, though it did provide some small amount of amusement when I forgot my homework and lost recess in elementary school. smile.gif I guess that counts for something.

Grav, no offence, but that was incredibly off-topic and, though introductions were practically invented for filling up with off-topic conversations, that is off-topic, even for off-topic.

Oh, well, sorry, Lykaios. I had an incredible space-case moment.

And Keira, I'll not do it again, as long as you don't call me Grav again.

Hi thanks for the welcome. smile.gif
I don't like Cornellia Funke as a writer I just like two of her books. I tend to read childrens/early teenage books because I like to write for that age. smile.gif
Hey Gravity, what was the idea I gave you?

I've been calling you "Grav" for awhile now, but you didn't tell be before. I'll stop anyway. It's just easy and convenient to type.

Anyway, I feel like drawing right now. And the timer just went off for me to get off for the morning. I'll be back in the afternoon!

I'm testing editing on this theme.
