Lower River Woods In this place you can get lost in Echo Gorge, sleep safely in Hideaway Dens, play in the cooling Recess Lake, and hold meetings at the Fallen Clearing. Tyjiik territory still holds strong and true even against the flood and harsh winter. Deer and hare run openly through the woods and clearings, birds of prey circle above looking for a meal and bugs sing songs during the night time. Rabbit Flats A vast plain of short grass stretches for a good length on all sides, edged by trees and the rising slope of a mountain. Rabbits live here in abundance, even after the epic flood killed most of the population they revived their numbers by, to put it bluntly, breeding like rabbits. Winding its way around the northern border, west to east, is a little river named pebble brook. Echo Gorge Shielding the sides of the Rushpaw River lays a long stretch of rocky outcrops. The edges are unstable, and the crumbling of rocks falling into the river is the culprit of the many dangerous rapids below. Extending inland slightly more outcrops and overhangs mark the land, limiting much tree growth and forming something similar to dirt paths. Echo Gorge is a good area to take a stroll through, and a decent training area due to frequent parts in the walls that form clearings hosting little more than short grass. Rushpaw River Out of the three river sections, the Rushpaw is most certainly the most hard to cross. Though not impossible, the majority of the water churns with white water amongst the rapid birthing rocks. Though the Salmon seem to somehow weather the rapids, but should a wolf topple over the edge, the odds of survival are oddly a lot lower. Though nearing the end of Tyjikk territory, the river calms and is more easily crossable, for an adult wolf. The majority of Rushpaw River has eroded into steep, perilous precipices and rough rock walls, which no pup should tamper near the edges of. If one stays amongst the tan rock paths, however, the shallow caves and shady outcroppings of rock can be quite a lovely resting spot, and even a good place to train. Timberwood Forest A thick forest of trees stands in the interior of the Aspen Valley. Small plants, like grasses and flowers, however, are almost non-existent along the floor for the trees up ahead are so thick with foliage and branches that hardly any sunlight can touch the bottom. Thus under the cover of the trees it’s rather dark, and can be scary when the sun falls. However in a clearing, or better yet called a thinning for the trees still reside here, a cluster of wolf dens sits. On the other side of the forest resides the famous Eureka Caverns, which most wolves would fun much fun to travel inside.
