On Arze Region, staff applications are extremely simple. You simply PM me and say that you would like to become a mod, and I'll give you a scenario for you to reply to.

You WILL be accepted if:

• You have been active for at two weeks on Arze. You may request a waiver should we be in need of more mods.
• Your reply was more than acceptable, but a definition of your standard ability to RP
• Your regular journey is good
• We staff have no reason to dislike you

Once that is done, you should probably start just doing registrations, and read a lot of the other journies, NPC character profiles and the topics in the Staff Forum. Some stuff you won't need to know, but read it anyway. After that, start modding in "The Laboratory" on someone who you accepted as a registration.

In The Event You Totally Screw Something Up:

Don't sweat it! Mistakes happen. ^^ I make tons of mistakes everyday. One time I posted a reply in the wrong journey...it happens! If you're unsure of what to do, just ask. Nobody is going to judge you. And this is the Internet, its not like anyone actually knows who you are. :P What's the worst that could happen?

EXTREME INACTIVITY/FAILURE TO MOD/BAD MODS will result in demotion. If you aren't putting any effort into it, forget it. For those of you who DO put effort into it, good job! ^^
