GarasuNoShiCon is the Toledo area's premiere Japanese anime convention. It's a two day event beginning Saturday, July 17th at 10 am to 11 pm, and July 18th, from 10 am to 6 pm at Owens Community College in Perrysburg, Ohio. Admission is free and it's open to anyone! Vendors, cosplay, prizes, panels, and more!
