iPhone/iPod Touch Users

Just got a new iPod touch yesterday, and was wondering if anyone here has one, and what their thoughts of it are (iPhone users, feel free to comment, as well)

What exactly do you have? Got a pic of it??

I just got a Nokia N800 internet tablet, but so far, not having much luck with it

After much pondering and much of trying to avoid it i have brought a ipod touch *cringes*

It is very cool, highly advanced and sooooo shiney!!!!!! Did i mention shiney?

Something with this kind of price tag i would never usally buy but the one thing i use lots is my ipod so i know i would definantly use it. The other thing i was considering on buying was either a PDA or tablet laptop cos i need the organising function for uni and internet.

THIS HAS IT BOTH! problem solved, end of and its actually cheaper than the other two options.

plus its Liams fault completely! * Note to self don't talk to a fellow geek when trying not to buy exspensive shiney*

I wish I had something easy to use for the internet like that. I had something, but I didn't get on with it so I sold it to Chip.

Yes its been very useful especally the organiser and the internet. Alot more so than what i thought it would be and the ipod to play music and videos is really excellent.

You should get one ?

Yes it's on my list of things to get after I recover from my current financial situation, could be some time

Christmas perhaps...will need help buying one as I'm a bit useless for gadgets and stuff, laptops I can do, anything with a 'i' in it

My dad has a touch and let's me use it sometimes. It's pretty cool.

i don't have an ipod touch yet, but i will be buying one in the near future. i would get an iphone, but apparently it doesn't even have bluetooth, which is something i use all the time, so i'll just keep kicking on with my 30gb video ipod and my palm treo 680 (they're really really awesome, i recommend the palm treo's to anyone who wants a pda smart phone, it fantastic) and see how i go with the future gens of the iphone...

Ok, I need a new ipod *mine is in the process of battery death*. i can't decide between the 32gb ipod touch, or the new 120gb classic. any thoughts?

I have an iPhone and love it always on it!
I would recomend it to everyone. And it does have Bluetooth on it ka-ching.

I've been using the classic all weekend whilst I was traveling to and from my brother's wedding...it was okay, but too big...I may get the iPod Nano thingy, as the classic isn't mine anyway and I don't have that many songs...

Don't think I need a iTouch or iPhone?? I only use technology when I am in the UK lol...

just bought a personalised 32gb touch on the apple store. can't wait to get it in a few days!

Ohh i have an Ipod touch (2G) I love it so much, i waited all year to get it and finally got it for a joint Christmas and Birthday Present.

My only beef with my ipod touch is i could do with maybe 40gb hehe.

So ok hmmm What apps do you guys have on yours? I have many free games and things cos well i am cheap so yea.

My favourite game is Cubes (it costs but there is cubes lite)
It is a very addicting puzzle game, honestly so addicting for me. I play it when ever i am free for a minute. I started with the free (lite) version but simply had to get over my cheapness and upgrade hehe.

Oh what kinda case does your ipod touch/iphone wear?

Ok I've been wondering - I'm a complete ignoramus with regard to everything iPod, never owned one (I did get a knock off iPod nano in Singapore last year, but for 50 bucks you get what you pay for - it fell apart after 2 months... ) - anyway, is iTunes an absolute necessity for loading these things up with tunes / movies? I have a large number of tunes, movies, TV eps etc, but all my music is in 64kbit WAV format (to save space) and my movies & TV eps all tend to be in AVI or DIVX format. How much of this would work on an iPod?
