You fulfill your duties first above all other things
You obey the chain of command
You give honor and respect to fellow all other players (even enemies) esp. ones from this kinship.
No foul language is aloud at all and warnings will be provided for those who ignore this rule.

I would also make sure that leaders all know their duties, that they should be a servant of their men though they are leading them. And that the courage and word of every member of the Alliance of Lune is held with value, it is not enough for a player just to be “in” the group because that only leads to an average kinship. This kinship is going to be top class, and the members make a kinship top class not the leaders or history or name.
