Guildmasters- While not completely necessary, a guild master for every Job Class may be an interesting character to play. However, choosing a guildmaster character means that YOU will be partly responsible for all other characters in the same tier and job class.
Needed for: All Job Classes except Assassins and Stalkers.
Transcendents/Third Jobs- High Level classes in their own rights. While fun to handle, they will require some degree of responsibility and activitywithin the site.
Number Needed: Only four (4) various transcendents/third jobs will be allowed.
Impressive history is a MUST.Second Jobs/Extended Jobs- Moderate classes. Will still require responsibility and activity.
Number Needed: Only (10) second/extended jobs will be allowed.

First Jobs- Moderate classes. Will require responsibility and activity. Truth be told starting from low tiers are a lot more fun in RPing, since you get to really develop a character.

Novices- Preferrably where we all start. This is the tier to take when you know in yourselves you cannot fully devote your time to RPing, or the duties of having a guildmaster character. Novices also offer a wide range of opportunity to develop a character, since you start from scratch.

MVPsIn
After the Academy, MVPs may be roleplayed provided permission from admins and mods. Make sure that when you take an MVP slot, you can DEVOTE TIME to RPing. The over-all profile must be impressive, with very few cliches. Be creative. Tone down MVP abilities. For reference, you can check:
