Virtual Training
Here you can virtually train your pokemon. Get this, you pokemon actually level up from virtuallt training. Another benefit of training the virtual way is you don't have to pay money when you loose, the're virtual competetors! You don't earn money though when you win.

Trading
Here you can trade Adventure Islands pokemon, or Diamond and pearl pokemon. it is the largest trading center in all of the Adventure Islands and Cloud 9!
