This is the game that square came out with when they were on the ropes and had nothing left but Final Fantasy the first one the revolution what you think belongs in this thread about the original

I actually liked the fact that it had the classic roles fighter red,white,black mages theif monk it was like d&d on the nintendo and thats the greatest rpg ever created.

about the dnd of course you do but you should be able to change your characters jobs in all of them but you can't they were asigned personalities which is stupid could you imagin a theif sephiroth or a mage barret weird but if ff1 hadnt been a hit their wouldn't be a square or ff series

Its not that i mind them its just when they get so that you ... I don't have an argument against it thats what was cool about x-2 being able to change jobs But when they added voice to the games you stopped being able to name your characters which was fun cuz you could be creative but now with all the new games the only way you can name your character with voices is if the game doesn't say the characters name
