Respect your fellow rp-ers. This will reduce many problems.

Fights among characters are not fights among their players. If a fight does go from in character to out of character both accounts will be suspended.
---
USE THIRD PERSON WHILE POSTING

I ate cake.=BAD

Bobby ate cake.=GOOD

this is to reduce confusion.
---

There will be NO godmodeing, powerplaying, or otherwise controlling the other person's character in any way.

You control only your character, really people be fair.

Jimmy looked at Bobby eating his cake. He wanted cake to! Jimmy started to walk up to Bobby to ask for a slice of cake. Jimmy post is gooooood.

Bobby watched as the other came towards him. He watched Jimmy slip and fall BAM! right on his face. That must have hurt. Bobby laughed at Jimmy's pain. Bobby post baaaad. Jimmy did not fall down, and sense when was the floor slippery? Bobby is not in control of Jimmy, Jimmy controls Jimmy.

Failure to obey this rule will result in deletion of the post, and if problems continue suspension. If problems still continue your account will be deleted.

In combat, please follow the miss-miss-hit rule: out of three blows, at least one has to hit. No one is invincible, and this makes it more fair.

---

You must plan out if a character is going to die. You may not kill another character without the player's permission.

---

WAIT UNTIL YOUR CHARACTER IS ACCEPTED BEFORE YOU START POSTING! failure to do so will result in post deletion and could result in the character being rejected.

---

If your character gets hurt in the rp, keep in mind wounds need to heal. If someone heals it with magic, include it in the rp. Large wounds like broken bones etc. will take time to heal even with magic.

---

There is no current limit to how many characters you may have. The name of your account is the name of your main character. Account names can be changed if main characters change.

because of this it is recommended that each character has their own color font. The font must be visible and readable without the need the highlight it, doomdoomdoomdoom yellow, for example, is not recommended.

make sure it is easy to tell the colors apart too.

---

It is recommended that your characters are listed in your signature, along with their font color.

---

if you want to provide an image of your character, either you have to be the one who drew it OR it was drawn FOR YOU by someone else.

---

Please, no chatspeak in character. These people do not run around going OMG WTF KTHXBAI. So no chatspeak or l337 speak.

---

Try to aim for five sentences or so per post; if you are on an RP site, you are certainly literate. We can understand if you have a bad day, but don't do it too often. If it becomes a problem, one of the admins will speak with you.

---

Edit! Added due to the fact it was not added on account of forgetfulness! If you are going to be away for a while, please tell us. There is a section you can post under if you aren't going to be here for a while. That way we know you are still alive. If you are logging on but have nothing to do in character, try posting in the OOC areas so we know you're there. Accounts that are inactive for two months, without explanation or reason for being inactive, will be deleted. Characters on deleted account will have to go into the character graveyard, as 'missing' or 'assumed to have been eaten by a swarm of -insert random animal-' or something.

Can't believe we didn't add that in sooner...meh. During school months this rule is going to be a lot less strict, as school takes up a lot of time and is normally a priority for those who wish to make passing grades.

---
if there are any questions there will be a section up for them. Also, Bobby and Jimmy aren't really rp-characters. I was just using them as examples. I fail at coming up with names over half the time.
