A few scattered showers and risk of t-showers will will arrive along with warmer and more humid weather during the overnight.

Showers should be isolated in the west, but locally heavy during the afternoon over the east. A few t-showers are likely locally over SE NB, PEI and eastern NS during the afternoon and evening hours.

Strong t-showers currently over eastern shore and western Cape Breton. The picture panned out pretty much as expected, although I was starting to wonder late this afternoon.

Wish they were a bit farther west.

Note to anyone in the Halifax area. Look to the east and you can see the lightning along with the associated cloud tops.

Lightning took out a Maple tree in nearby Westville last evening. The storm formed just to the west of me around 8:00PM, and moved off to the SE...
