Stumbled across a site called WeatherFlash in my travels yesterday ~ http://weatherflash.com

It looks "pretty" and loads quickly which should make it a good browser homepage for those so inclined. Granted, it's nothing special as far as functionality is concerned, but at least it polls EC rather than a third-party American service like a lot of other widgets.
